Just so easy and simple! Good value for money, car was safe and very quick transfer to and from airport terminal. We always use this car park facility. Our zone was z this time but we were very quick in reaching it. Many thanks!

We have used the pink elephant parking over several year ,and always find it to be a quick and speedy service day or night.

Everything was straight-forward. Booking, parking,transfers and service. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, which may have been a quiet time, but the experience was without fault really.

Easy to find, big, well lighted, good transport from and to terminal. I was very happy with the parking here, I will definatelly use it again and would recomend it to others!

I would recommond any one flying from stanstard parking their car in this carpark. So efficient service, safe and cheap and i will recommond any body.

Wasn't sure which lane to follow for prepaid exit. when we put ticket in machine it wanted to charge us £83, we'd already paid £53 online. Spoke to attendant who was helpful, but am still confused as to what we did wrong!

from getting off the plane to actually starting journey home was over an hour. there were too many people and luggage trying to get on one coach. when they stop an an area e.g. R2 some people were right at the back of coach for that area fighting to get past squashed in people and off loading luggage, quite stressful after a relaxing holiday

Could not exit with my pass and had to go to office for clearance-fault with your system as i was not checked through properly on entry-this was an unnecessary inconvenience and an uncalled for delay especially as i was making for an IOW ferry.

During the morning transfer the driver seemed to travel quite fast and with a lot of people standing due to the lack of seats this was potentially dangerous. On return from our holidays the buseses didn't seem to stop at the Red Zone to pick-up and buses labelled "All Zones" would drive past, in the end on of the Attendants had to radio the bus to ask them to pick up from the Red Zone, whilst good of them to do so it shouldn't have been needed.

We waited for over 30 minutes outside the terminal building for a coach to take us back to the car park. Not great if you have a toddler travelling with you. When the coach did arrive there were so many people trying to get on that it was dangerous for the younsters in their pushchairs. We saw 3 mid stay coaches passs by whilst waiting.

To the terminal was quick but we were unlucky to be the last drop off at car park G, so it seemed a long while from landing to leaving the airport! But would use again.

I did not remember my payment card number and could not gain entrance initially. It would have helped to print the last four digits of the credit card used on the confirmation e-mail.

What can I say, everything worked superbly. In particular I felt that the drivers were most helpful. The only difficulty arose on my return when I felt that there was inadequate indication as to which bus I should board but a driver I asked was very quick to assist.

We had to wait a long time at Stanstead for a transfer bus on our return, by which time there was a very long queue of disgruntled passengers, some of whom could not get on the coach. there were many elderly folk who could not sit down on the coach - there was no-one to help them with their luggage.

Everything went very smoothly. I had to change our times of arrival and departure. This was easy to do with the alterations delt with very efficiently and confirmed via email to me within minutes. Good value.

Well signed and instructions very good and easy to follow. Could have been more info from the driver on the way back to the carpark from the airport.

Simple instructions to follow re using debit card to get in. Clear signposting on airport site to car park and inside car park to guide you to available spaces. Shuttle bus waited for people when the driver saw them rather than rushing off after stopping. Coming back driver was easy to understand when he spoke on the microphone. A stress free experience!

Having used pre booked car parking several times before we are more than happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend your company to others or use again ourselves. Thank you
