Operated by the official Stansted Airport car parks, this bright pink-themed car park is just as slick, with regular staff patrols, floodlighting, CCTV and the all important free transfers.

Jetparks ANPR will read your number plate and print you a ticket with your booking reference. Once the barrier has opened, find an available space then make your way to one of the bus stops. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button.

If you return between 10pm and 4am, you will require a free transfer with the Long Stay car park. Press the intercom button at the transfer stop and tell the operator you need a transfer from Jetparks. The Long Stay transfer bus will come and get you.

We recommend that you allow 35 minutes to check your car into the car park and transfer to the airport.

Catch the transfer bus back to Jetparks. Collect your car, drive up to the exit barrier and insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park. Do not insert your credit card at the barrier as you may be charged again. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button.

If you return between 10pm and 4am, follow signs at the departure terminal for the Long Stay car park transfer stop and get the Long Stay transfer bus. Tell the driver you've parked at Jetparks and they will drop you back at the car park.

  • Leave the M11 by the slip road at junction 8 if you are travelling southbound, and junction 8a if you are travelling northbound.
  • At the end of the road, follow the road round to the left onto Thremhall Avenue.
  • You'll come to a large oval roundabout, take the second exit, straight ahead onto Round Coppice Road, following the signs for the Long Stay car park.
  • You'll then come to a smaller roundabout, take the first exit straight ahead and you should see the Hilton on your left.
  • Shortly after, you'll come to yet another roundabout, take the second exit straight ahead.
  • Follow Round Coppice Road until you see the turning for JetParks on the left.

When we arrived to car park we were very exciting so we forgot to check the bus stop number.After our Holiday we took the transfer bus at 02am.We could not see anything from the bus.We did not know where left our car.The bus driver so kindly helped us. Thanks again.

The bus was there to pick us up promptly and the ride to the terminal did not take long , On our return we had hardly got to the bus stop when the bus arrived , It was the long stay bus so it took a bit longer because we had to do all the long stay park stops and then on to jet parks but the driver was very clear with calling the stops out and we were soon at the car , Overall the experience was very good

Directions on confirmation email made the car park easy to find, it was all sign posted as well which was really helpful at 5am when we had been driving for 2 hours! Easy to find a parking space and the bus stop was a 2 minute walk away. Bus arrived after about 10 minutes leaving us plenty of time in the airport before our flight. On the way back, bus again arrived after about 10 minutes (we only had hand luggage so this gave people with checked luggage enough time to get their liggage and find the bus stop) car was where we left it, and the exit was easy to find. All in all, great value for money and great service.

Really pleased with our Jetparks experience. Very easy to find the car park and a space. No problems with transfer to and from the terminal. Would definitely recommend!

On arrival back at Stansted at 11.30pm there were very long queues for the transfer bus - there obviously hadn't been a regular service - it was raining and there was no shelter at the bus stop. We had to wait for the second bus which was completely packed including passengers standing on the steps by the driver. The driver was hard to understand and gave confusing instructions. Some people missed their stops and it was very difficult to get to the luggage racks.

This is a great place to park, just drive in park up and get on the transfer bus. This will take you straight to the terminal and when you arrive back at Stansted just wait outside the terminal for the bus which is marked up Long Stay and Jetparks it went round the Long Stay first so we did seem to be on the bus a long while but it stopped where we needed it so we cannot complain.

The whole experience was pleasant,stress free and clear to follow. We only regretted making a note of our bus stop for return at 1am. Fortunately, we recalled/guessed correctly.
