The car park is easy to find and well sign posted. The buses are extremely efficient, big and plentiful. There are numerous bus stops throughout the car park so there is hardly any walking carrying heavy or awkward luggage.

On our return we had to wait at least 30 minutes for the transfer bus and this was full to capacity,we managed to get on this bus,but there were still many people waiting for the next bus.

The only problem I have found with Pink Elephant parking is that the park is such a long way from the iarport that it takes quite a long time to make the journey between them.

Car parks well marked and signposted. Buses frequent. Cost is ok for more than one person travelling together but not economical when I'm travelling alone.

This is the second time i have used this car park and on both occasions I have had a long wait for the return transfer which meant that the bus was packed solid

Overall a good service with very quick transfers (especially on late night return journey). My only complaint would be that it costs £30.

Luckily for us the bus was at the stop so we jumped straight on and we were also the first drop off. Service is very good, even if you cant get a seat its such a short journey it doesnt matter. Would recommend!

Everything went to plan. Return queue very long & we just managed to get on first bendy bus - others had to wait for next one.

We followed a car ahead of us that parked at section J. The bus arrived a minute later, but the driver did not want to pick us up and very rude staff spoke to us over tannoy and asked us to move the car to section G. By the time we moved (all of two minutes), the section G was closed and we had to go back to section J! We ended up waiting 15 minutes for another bus. The whole experience was not pleasant and we will not be using Pink Elephant any more.

It's great to arrive at any time of the day, park your car, hop on the bus and get to the departure hall. On return, hop back on the bus and within 10 minutes your back at your parking place, through the barrier and on your way home. It takes a lot of hassle away!

Difficult to comment on customer service if had no contact with staff Would also be useful to rate information provided re directions, and ease of entry and exit

I had forgotton where my car was parked and telephoned the out of hours number and found the person in charge to be more than helpful and locate my car immediately by identifying the time I had arrived at the carpark.

The transporting of passengers both going out and coming back was not as I expected. Not enough buses, the consequence being that we had to wait and see full buses passing us. On our return, we waited 40minutes before we were picked up. We were parked in Z zone and the other zones were being collected before us. It was obviously a busy time but this was not taken into account. M Ellis

located further from the airport and that makes the parking the cheapest at stansted, but still prices are too high( 36 GBP for 6 days). i hate the fact that driver in uk are treated as a milking cows. anyway- transfers were quick and we did't have to wait long.

It was like going to a big shopping centre. I just parked the car in the zone shown at the entrance and then locked the car, got on the bus, and went to check-in.

When I checked in, the entry was not working properly. It would be helpful to have some guidance to empty bays. Why do bus drivers have to inflict their type of music on to the passengers

I was lucky to find a parking slot close to a bus stop this time but I have had times when I have had 4-5mins walk to the car. In bad weather the walk with luggage can be a wet experience.

Lots of disabled parking places, once we found the correct area,and a quick coach transfer to terminal. On return got on coach outside terminal doors and taken back to parking zone.

On arreival I needed to ask customer services for my methods of payment. They were courteous and quick in dealing with my enquiry. Although we may have been fortunate with our timing, I didn't have to wait for more than a minute for transfer both to and from the terminal.

good value for money parking at London stansted airport. Took no time at all to get the the terminal.
