Please call Stansted Off Site Park and Ride 15 minutes before you arrive with the number provided within the email confirmation. If you are running late or arriving earlier please also contact the car park to let them know. Upon arrival your vehicle will be checked for any damage and mileage recorded. Stansted Off Site member of staff will then run you to the Airport in their transfer vehicle. There is a £1.00 transfer fee to and from the airport per person.

DIRECTIONS FROM M11: Follow signs for Stansted Airport terminal. At the last roundabout before the main terminal exit right (coopers end roundabout). At the mini roundabout turn left signposted Elsenham. After approximately 4.5 miles you will come to a T-junction, turn right. Approximately 1.2 miles there is a farm on the right hand side. Stansted Off-site Park and Ride is the black barn.

Everyone we spoke to throughout the process were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. We hadn't told them the right amount of people which meant they had to put on another transfer bus but they did this without question. The overall experience was great, the drivers were friendly and the transfer wasn't far from the airport - and NO waiting! Fantastic all around, we were very happy. It took some of the stress out of the holiday.

Sat nav took us a long way round from Stansted to Plegdon Barn - rely on the instructions sent in the email confirmation for best route. No problems with the transfer to and from Stansted and meeting point was well explained to us. On our return we were met within 10 minutes and taken back to our car with instructions on how best to get back on the motorway. Will definitely use again.

Overall very good and only drawback was the facilities. For example, toilet facilities were too basic after a long journey with no provision for handwashing. We wondered about health and safety as we were obviously directed to the staff toilet. Transfer vehicles basic but appeared safe. The highest rating goes to the staff who were cheerful and friendly at all times.

The service was quick and the car was ready to be left as we had arranged. We have a personal transfer to the airport and were dropped off right outside the terminal. Friendly driver. We were picked up as arranged on time and in the suggested pick up point. Minibus a bit old! Driver didn't ask about our holiday which would have nice!

Directions to off site car park excellent. First time we have flown from Stansted. Give yourself plenty of time to check in as going through security took an age because of the volume of passengers. Great personal service will definitely book again.
