The emailed response I got when booking did not include advice as to how to enter the car park, and your operatives were nonplussed about what to do with the paperwork I presented (the printed response). In the event my credit card did the job, but I did have to go and ask, and they were unable to help much. Confusing, to say the least.

I had difficuly in finding th long term parking on my inward journey from the M11(your map did not help) Ok on the return trip.

Need a minimum of half an hour to park and come to terminal.This should be considered in scheduling.We were about five minutes to closing of the flight but fortunately there was no queue in check in.

Car park well sign posted - easy to park and rapid collection for terminal drop off. On return, only a short wait before a very pleasant driver arrived to take us to our car. Issued ticket into barrier slot and we were on our way home.

As most of the people on my flight into Stantead from Italy had flown out on my flight out there was a long queue to return to the car park on my return and not enough room on the bus delaying my journey home.

Easy to book, easy to find, transfer bus there to take us to the airport. car safe and secure. long wait for bus transfer back to the car park.

we frequently book online for pink elephant carpark at Stanstead and always pre-pay, but it is frustrating when you exit the carpark because you have to go through the manned kiosk if you have pre paid. There is usually only one manned kiosk open, which means you have to queue but others who haven't pre paid can go to any kiosk usually without queues.it was a particularly long queue at the manned kiosk this time and the man in the kiosk was obviously fed up with the people queueing and showed it.

easy to book and the best value around. regular transfers to the terminal are good, the only down side is the distance to the terminal which adds to the journey time both ways but overall its by far the best around.

Automatic ticketing upon arrival wasn't working, a simple message attached to machine would have sufficed to explain actions required, but we had to back up, park enter kiosk to be told just take a ticket! Coaches are few & far between at Stansted waited over 35 minutes mid-day on Friday for bus to be told it had been really busy, surely common sense would be to have extra buses on duty. Was told that buses were only "courtesy" only can you inform us what the hell we paid for & how you make the 3 mile journey back to your car otherwise!! we have now made a descicion never to use Stansted again.

We booked our carpark space the day before we flew. Effortless and extremely easy to do. Great value for money. I would recommend your service to all my friends.

I found the car park pretty easy to get to, but it would be useful to have a big Pink Elephant sign at the roundabout prior to the entrance to make it clear you're in the right place! Other than that, the transfers were frequent and I didn't find myself waiting too long for a bus.

Helpful but grumpy person in the control centre when we had problems getting the second car into the car park. I had left my car too close to the barrier when I was giving my credit card to my wife ( ie I had paid for both cars online). However, in all, the service, booked online, is efficient and cost effective and we intend to use the service whenever we need airport parking. .

We found the Pink Elephant parking easy to find and on arrival we soon found a space to park. The transfer bus was waiting at a nearby bus stop so we were very quickly on our way to the terminal. On our return we experienced no problems at all. I just inserted my card into the machine and we were out and on our way... so top marks as far as we were concerned.

It is always a good, though expensive, experience. Difficult to see how it could be better, given the scale of the operation.

I didn't see any carpark staff so cannot comment on them. Facilities could be better - there is not enough signage showing names of rows, so I found it hard to find my car in the dark and wet conditions. The busstop shelter shd be bigger as not many people and luggage can fit underneath it to wait for a bus for potentially 15 mins. Transfers worked very well, buses were clean and on time.

Very straight forward to book over the internet and then to park in the carpark. I got on a bus within 5 mins of arriving both at the airport and coming back from my trip.

I made a mistake once and booked through another company, entering the carpark was easy, just take the ticket. Leaving was another problem altogether, I was in a queue for 20 minutes while all the other people in front of me tried to find their booking reference and then have it verified.

A very efficient service and I wouldn't book the parking any other way. It also saves money and makes the whole trip a lot easier.
