This was our first time of using Pink Elephant Parking, the initial online booking, arrival at the park, on site facilities, transfers to and from the airport made it a very easy and smooth experience. The on line booking informed us of the procedure on arrival at the car park, it was well signed from the motorway, well directed in the car park and the coach transfers were prompt and easily accessable, after a three hour car journey in the early hours it was most appreciated that the arrival was hassle free. We would not hesitate to use this reasonably priced facility again.

We didn't have to wait for the coaches, they were already at the stops on both journeys, and the transfers were very quick for an off site car park. All clearly signposted. Easy - even with 8 bags and 3 children!

Reliable buses, no waiting around. Helpful staff all round good experience. Worth every penny. Children were really excited they were getting on a bus!

Highly recommended; transfers easy and regular. We had a 1 yr old and a 5 yr old, two tents and all sorts of stuff. Dropped all this (plus wife) off at the airport, went to the car park, came back to the airport. Already checked in; no problems at all. Piece of cake.

good parking but we was at the furthest part of the park which added another 10 minutes on the travel overall good

we use the parking facilities at least 3-4 times a year, & have found that each time we use the parking we have no issues at all, the transfers are always within a reasonable time no waiting around, less stress takes you to the door, good value booking on line.

Clearer instructions are needed at gates re. use of credit card going in and what to do with ticket on exit. Credit card machine was sluggish and I was afraid card would be chewed just prior to trip. On exit it wasn't clear that only ticket was required - suggest that exit instructions should be printed on ticket. Also we got off bus at wrong stop - we got off when driver called out 'u' and didn't realise that there are two stops for each lettered area (eg) t/u and u/v Be prepared to get in a scrum to get on bus after your flight - some disabled travellers were elbowed out of the way and then the bus moved out even though not full, although there were people were still in the queue!

Entry was OK except the ticket machine 'spat out' the credit card onto the ground! Current zone easy to find, bus service good. After holiday, bus service again good, but lighting was poor and row labels only at one end of rows and difficult to see, so not easy to find the car. Not Pink Elephant's fault, but signposting between car park and M11 very poor - we found it hard, and we're local, so goodness knows how visitors from abroad manage.

I did not have to wait at the car park for a bus for very long, which was a relief after a long drive to the airport. The staff on the buses were very friendly and helpful, even cracking jokes, although not funny in the early hours of the morning. Overall, a non stressful experience.

The routes and car parks are very well signposted, the staff are friendly, approachable and know what they are taliking about! The buses run to time, the zones within the car parks are well singed posted, and there is good lighting. I can't fault it - an exceptional service for a small cost - I will definately use Pink Elephant Parking again. Thank you.

This was the second time in the past 12 months that I have used P.E. parking at Stansted Airport. I am very satisfied with the relative arrangements; if there was one small grievance it would be the waiting time for the Long Term Car Park Coach upon return

Good clear guidance to 'open' car park. Coaches clean and pretty regular but see comment above. We were surprised to have the coach door closed in our face (literally) which resulted in us having to wait 15 mins for the next one to arrive!

No searching for Pink Elephant, it is there, at the entrance to Stanstead. Instructions very easy to follow. Parking and catching a bus, too. The whole process was effortless and repeated on the return journey. Oh Pink Elephant, if only you were in charge of running the Country.

I had used the service before & I would def use it again. We travelled with our 18 month old and it all went well. It also happened to be the cheapest parking available. Excellent!

The pink elephant car parking was easy to book, and it all worked like clockwork, no complaints, thank you very much.

The arrival routine and parking was fine. Transfer bus was waiting for us, so that was smoothly done too. Had to wait awhile for the transfer bus on the way back and it was very crowded. Maybe another bus was needed..? Finding the car and leaving the parking area was easily done too. Overall, not an unpleasant experience. Now, if you could just take over and sort out passport control....!!

Good, but could be a lot better if there was someone to control parking to make finding a space easier.

Well when i booked the internet said book today and pay half the price , but when i booked I was charged the exact price that is charged everyday
