This is a good easy system at all stages including simple entry using payment card. If staying for up to 1 week this is a cost effective and efficient system.

Couldn't be easier, put card in barrier, park and get ferried to airport.Took the pain out of getting to the airport.Very professional, drivers smart and pleasant, wouldn't choose anyone else. So much better than all other firms used.

Very easy to park the car and find the transport. I would like to suggest grid refs for the parking bays that would make it easier to locate your car after a holiday as you sometimes cannot remember the exact position of the car.

If the machine doesn't accept your payment card on arrival, as in our case, make sure you exit via a manned kiosk, or you may be asked to pay again, at full rate, as we were. Make sure you're at the correct bus stop to return to your car. We had to ask. Bus drivers very helpful.

Huge queues for the courtesy coach, apparently because one driver had not turned up and one bus was broken. Poor information flow about the problem, little urgency from staff to sort it out, much anxiety as to whether we would catch our flight. Not recommended!

When we arrived extra coaches were put on as there was such a queue of people waiting. However on our return we had to wait for at least 20 to 30 minutes to get a coach back to the car park.

Wasn't clear I was booking Pink Elephant until I had made booking. Que at 1-30 in morning horrendous. Fights broke out (not good when travelling with children). The buses were jam packed.

We waited some time for a bus to transfer us from the airport to the parking. We stood at ther terminus for our section but when the bus arrived it collected all section, it was packed, there was little room for the luggage and we had to go through virtually every letter in the alphabet before we got to our section. Why not just have one bus stop if that is going to happen? No staff to help with bags, no seats on the bus!

By not having to rely on public transport we did not have to worry about the inevitable late arrival of our low cost airline flight leaving us stranded at Stanstead. Was basically as cheap as us catching the train anyway but meant we could leave on the first flight of the day and arrive back on the last flight. Just don't forget where you parked!!!

Living in Colchester - about 1 hr by bus from S'ted. Return bus fare £16 each, only slightly less than the parking fee. It took nearly an hr to get from terminal to car. Bus goes from right outside terminal, would have been nearly home by the time we reached car park! Convenience factor is disappearing fast. Would have to consider carefuly before using again.

Automatic credit card pre booking did not work, sloed up entry process would have casued queues if I had not been the only person arriving and then subsequently reversing to seek assistance from your office

It worked very smoothly. I have not used the service before, and found I didn't have to wait for a bus at either end. I initally thought it was a bit expensive, but maybe that's just car-parking prices these days. It was nice to come back and be sure the car was there and had been looked after. Thank you.

I thought it was fine apart from the fact that I was looking for a Pink Elephant sign and all I saw was "Long Term Parking"....I didn't realise I was in the right place till I arrived at the barrier. Then the ticket I received on entry (having prepaid with card) did not work and I had to reverse out, disturb other customers, and show my credit card again to the person on the manned exit. Not pleasant.

We have never been to stansted aiport before, on the experience we had with the car parking facilies was excellant, we would be using this car park again, if we fly from stansted again. There was no time wasted waiting to buses because on the way there and back a bus was waiting for us.

we arrived back at nighttime, we didn't have to wait cause a bus was available, which was very convenient. the driver weas really nice and polite, keeping the people on the bus entertained. he gave additional instructions on the way back on how Pink Elephant can help if we can't find the car, and if the car doesn't start, which was absolutely very helpful. Great service, have already booked them for my next trip!

My flight was delayed and by the time we got to the stop to get the Zone A,B,C Long Stay Car Park bus it had finished for the night. After a long wait, an unmarked but did turn up to take us.

When I booked it doesn't say if it is a long or mid stay. It is not well sign posted and I had trouble finding it. There should be more sign posts to say Pink Elephant car park. Then wasn't sure my pre-parking had worked. It tells you if you have pre booked not to press a ticket however I put in my card and it came back to me in seconds and told me to take a ticket. I thought i was going to be charged twice. Should be a payment received not on the ticket.

Transfer I wasn't impressed with the transfer back to my car. Too many people were packed on the coach which made putting luggage in the rackjs difficult. Secondly when we got to the early drop offs people had to get off the coach so that other people could get their bags out off the racks making the whole operation slow.

I've normally opted for e-parking but pink elephant will be a definite contender in future. It was much cheaper than the other options on this occasion although my deal wasn't as good as I thought it might be (probably because I booked quite late). So simple and easy and I felt at ease leaving my precious car there for a week.

We had problem on entering ,card was rejected,On leaving we couldnt find right coach stop,It would help if you could print on ticket the section and line that customer has parked in ,Quite a few people wandering around looking for their cars.
