The whole experience of booking and paying for the parking is quick and very straightforward. I did it over the web. The transfer to and from the airport is quick and easy too. At Stansted airport the different car park bus stops are well signposted and easy to find. The wait for the bus back to the car park was not too long but seems to be a slightly longer wait than the journey to the airport. Maybe thats because we are impatient to get home. In our case we had to let the first bus go as the queue was too long but the next one cam along after another 5 mins or so. We did not see any car park staff so difficult to comment on the customer service. Driver was fine.

very easy to find and good to see toilet facilities before parking the vechicle. we have used this carpark on several occasions and would highly reccomend it.

Really easy to find and easy to use, I would definitely use Pink Elephant again on my next trips, certainly took away the stress of finding a decent car park before flying off on holiday!

After pre-booking, I inserted my credit card on arrival. It was ejected without a consequent action or explanation. Cars were queueing behind so I pressed green button. My advance booking was thus ignored. Pink Elephant sorted this out without trouble at the end of the holiday.

The overall system should be ok. I might have been more enthusiastic had there been a greater price differential between Pink Elephant and competitors but so be it. I found the return procedures a little complicated - mention of "if you used a credit card... use the same credit card" and it was unclear as to whether the card which had been dispensed from the machine on arrival was, in fact, the one to be used to exit on departure. Judging by the number of cars blocking the exits because the barrier would not lift for them, it was obvious that I was not the only one to be confused! The last thing one wants after a return flight is to be stuck in a queue of cars where you cannot go forward and cannot go back because of others behind you! MORE CLARITY NEEDED on the email/instructions received on booking.

We found the instructions about finding the parking easy to follow, as well as the procedure to enter and leave the car park. I was quite surprised by the size of the car park, but it was well served with shuttle buses, one of which waited for us. We then went straight to the airport terminal. On return I was a bit confused by the signs directing to shuttles for different coloured parking areas, rather than to the Pink Elephant bus. But we found the bus fairly easily - although they could be pink! - but then had to stand with the luggage. I had noted down the wrong row and so did not immediately find the car, but this only took a few minutes. Perhaps the spaces themselves could be numbered to help people?

upon leaving I went to the staffed kiosk and gave my ticket in and he said that it was a good job that I did because I would have been charged the full rate because the ticket machine had not recognized my credit card that I had booked it with. luckily I still had my booking reference and it was all sorted out.

i had no contact with staff except the driver of the bus.but overall experience was fine,but i have been left before struggling to find my car because of being dropped on the far side of a zone.

when we arrived i had forgotton my vredit card there was no problem the man said dont worry just go to the gate on the way out the man will let you out and he did with out any hold ups.

Easy to book on line and rates good when pre-booking. Location easy to find using excellent directions provided. Rates competitive and cheaper than getting s taxi!

Transfers went smoothly. Bus was crowded with not enough seats available. Vast parking area so write down exactly where your car is parked. Will definately use again.

booked via debit card, on arrival at site inserted same card in entry machine got ticket for nominated car park. on return inserted ticket in exit machine and left. no staff seen/needed very easy !!!!

We booked Pink Elephant online, which was realtively easy, but having printed off paperwork it wasn't clear as to which car park we should head for once arriving at Stansted (short term/mid term/long term). It didn't say which on paperwork nor were there signs for "Pink Elephant" so it was a little hit and miss at first. Having arrived at the correct car park everything was extremely well organised and we were very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and bus drivers. They were even able to tell us which car park zone we were in on arriving home. We didn't have a pen with us so as we hadn't made a note of it when we parked. Make sure you have a pen to hand and write down the car park, zone and row on your ticket. All in all a good service - thank you.

We was in carpark N - we was not aware that there is a 1 and 2 drop/pick up point, so it is easy to get off at the wrong stop.

Directions to the parking are very good but entrance and particularly exit instructions are badly worded and therefore confusing. Most people chose the manned booth so they could check they were in the correct place and several people were backing up and changing lanes which indicated to me that I was not the only person who was unsure. It would also help to know how much leaway after your booking time you have to get out, before you incur any more charges, in the case of plane delays or , as in my case a long wait for transport. This is the first time I have used the Stanstead facilities. It will be simpler, no doubt , next time.

Great service, mu friend left her handbag on the bus on our return and the driverf handed it in at the office within 10 mins.

When we returned I forgot which zone we were in but the bus driver was very helpful and soon found out where we had parked by looking at the ticket.He went round again to drop us off at the right point

When I arrived at 3.30am a bus had just pulled up and I thought great I now have to wait 20 mins for the next one however the driver actually waited for us to get our luggage out of the car and walk over to board which was great at that time in the morning when I had a small child with me. First class service, would definately recommend and use again

The website booking procedure was quick and easy,unfortunately there was no info detailing the procedure when you enter or leave the car park,having used Gatwick long term I assumed the procedure would be the same??? This was not the case as the que at the exit was horrendous with people searching through their luggage looking for emails so their tickets could be validated;me included.Please! Please! Please! make it clear on your confirmation emails that you need to take a copy of your email and present it with your ticket when leaving the car park.
