Transferes take too long. Bus left terminal too full. Many people standing and travelling at the speed they do, not 100% safe guarenteed I would think. Car park actually better and nearer to get back onto M11 to get back home so that part was good.

The car park was very easy to find, plenty of spaces to choose from in a conveinent spot. No waiting around for bus. Coming back Helpful bus driver who dropped us straigt to our row. Excellent value for money and at least i knew my car stayed in the spot where i parked it, you never really know when you leave it at one of the off site car parks whether it stays in the car park for the duration. Very satisfied with booking, arrival/departure instructions, price, staff and security. Definatley will use Pink Elephant again and will recommend it to our friends and reletives.!!!

The car park war easy to find, the instructions easy to follow. The transfers were punctual and the drivers very pleasant and helpful. There were ample parking spaces which were well organised into clearly marked sections. The parking spaces were well spreadout - allowing sufficient room for even our long estate car. It was our first time of using Pink Elephant and would not hesitate to use it again.

Everything from my initial booking was easy.On arrival the car park was clearly sign posted,there was spaces alongside the coach stop and the coach was with us with in 10 minutes!The driver was courteous and waited till we was seated before he drove on.Even on the ticket there is aprompt to write down your cars location and bus stop number.On our return the coach was with us with in 10 mins again and we had a short drive to our stop.On our exit from the car park there was no delay.Would reccomend Pink Elephant and would use you again.

On journey from airport to car park people didn't realise that there were different P/E coaches to different areas of the car park - signage was poor. Overall service was good, in fact very good as the coach was waiting when we arrived at the car park and again when we came out of airport although there was quite a long wait while it filled up.

It was easy to find and clearly signposted. It can get confusing to find which bus stop or zone you parked in after going away. It may be useful to have a ticket machine right near the bus stop where you have parked and prior to boarding the bus you can pull one out so it reminds you for the return journey.

Entering the car park was fine and everything was well sign posted but when we returned we followed the directions on the temporary signs and found there wasn't enough room to turn properly at the junctions due to the positioning of the signs and bollards and we were sent miles around the car park to reach the exit. At the barrier I mentioned this to the attendant who said I wasn't alone in my complaint that evening. I think Pink Elephant staff do this for entertainment value, what about the environment? This really isn't funny when you are already travel weary and have a four hour drive home to face.

Pink Elephant Parking was easy to find and enter, there were plenty of spaces to choose from. There was a bus waiting when we arrived so we were able to go straight to the airport without having to hang around. The same when we returned a bus was waiting to take us back to the car. As we pre-booked online we got the parking cheeper and were able to leave quickly by just inserting our ticket into the machine. This is the second time we have used Pink Elephant and would happily use it again.

We approached stansted expecting to see a sign directing us towards "pink elephant " and it was only at the last minute that we realised that long stay must mean pink elephant, a nice pink sign would be so helpful!! Bus arrived quickly and we were whisked up to the airport. Heres a good tip....After you park write down the parking bay on your ticket cos 2 weeks later after a long haul home you will not remember where you left your car...!!!!!!! Return bus was a 20 minute wait but once again driver was helpful and we arrived at z4 in about 10 minutes. Book online at about £7 a day or arrive on site and pay about £9 a day

The parking was easy to find full zones were closed so you had no problem locating a free space, not driving around for hours. Buses were regular, clean and staff helpful with luggage and because pre-booked you dod not have to queue with others but entered and exited the carpark swiftly and easily. Brilliant! Would definitely recommend.

We had no problems even as a family of 5, we only had to wait a short while for a bus and it took us straight to the door of the airport terminal, have to remember next time that collection is from the same place we were dropped off! We would not hesitate to use the service again when flying out of Stanstead.

Row numbers for cars should be displayed prominently adjacent to bus stops on lamp-posts and could also usefully be painted on the tarmac. Cars can be difficult to find particularly in the dark.

The booking arrangements were simple and straightforward. The prebooking arrangements saved time and money. Arrangements on our return to Standstead saved time. Overall we were pleased with the service.

On arriving at the car park we had booked on line so we went to the barrier which indicated this pressed for a ticket entered my card (the one I booked with) then drove to where we where they wanted us to go. The whole process from to start to finish was simple the transfer buses where clean and tidy didn't have to wait long. Returning from the airport to the car park seemed to take a lot longer then going but no bigge I would use this parking facility again and recommend anyone else to do so.

Thank you for making the beginning and end of our holiday run so smoothly. Pink Elephant Parking is the best we have ever used. Once we had parked the car in clean, well lit secure car park, all well signed. The coaches were there waiting to take us to the Departure area. We arrived back at 2200hrs and the coach was there once again to take us back to the car park. The driver was excellent, very informative with a good sense of humour. Recommended and will use again and again!

Reliable booking service. No problem at car park. Transfer coaches frequent and staff courteous and helpful. Will book again.

The cost of parking at Stansted is high, the service though is good, the transfer are fairly quick and regular.

The ticket machine first of all wouldn't recognise my booking despite using the correct card. The assistance from the guy on the end of the intercom was 'average'. When I did finally get the ticket to enter the carpark the barrier wouldn't lift, so I had to back-up (as well as the 3 cars behind me) and try to speak to a representative in the hut at the entrance. Not a great experience !

I use this facility even when going away for a long weekend as it is the most cons-effective option, well-run and feels secure.

What I thought would be a lot of hassle turned out to be a very smooth and professional transition between my car and the airport. It all helped to make my trip to Belfast a very pleasant one . Thank you.
