Upon your arrival at the drop off point your details will be checked and you will be required to leave your car keys. Your car will be checked and photographed including the mileage and moved to their secure parking facility. You will then be transferred to the front of the terminal. There is a charge of £1.00 per adult each way for transfers - under 16's go free.

Once you have collected your luggage call Car Storage Ltd on the number in your confirmation email. Make your way directly to the pick-up point located near to the short stay car park. The pick-up point is clearly signposted in the terminal. There is a 15 minute time limit at pick-up point. If Car Storage Ltd. is waiting for you longer than 15 minutes you will be liable for any extra charges. There is a charge of £1.00 per adult each way for transfers - under 16's go free.

Follow signs to Stansted Airport, then short stay car park. When you reach the roundabout before the short stay car park and terminal take the fourth exit signposted "Takeley". (DO NOT ENTER SHORT STAY CAR PARK). Then at mini roundabout turn left heading towards Bambers Green. Drive for approx 0.7 miles and you will see the Car Storage Ltd. drop off area out the front of Network House. Park in area at the front of the building and report to reception.

Within five minutes of arriving at the Car Storage Ltd office, I was at the airport! I arrived, my details were checked, handed over my keys, and a second man was instructed to take me to the airport in the minibus. When I arrived back after my holiday, I rang them, they arrived to collect me within 10 minutes, took me back to the office where my car was waiting. All done within minutes. Very easy, cheapest service and extremely efficient. Will definitely use again.

Initially felt that early morning customer service was not delivered as good as it could be, however I got my car back in one piece and I am more than grateful for an opportunity to book it day before and get it for the value I paid. Thanks to the staff to make it happen.

Very friendly and helpful service. I'd not parked at Stansted before but I found CSL very easily, even in the dark. A 5 minute drive to the terminal was great, and prompt collection on my return with my car waiting for me. Perfect!

An efficient and effective service that provided excellent value for money. Will definitely use again in the future. As my wife does not travel very well,the close location of CSL to the airport was perfect and ensured that our holiday got off to a good start. Upon our return to the UK the pick up service was also very efficient despite the heavy traffic.

Booking on line was simple. We did pass the location once, and need to turn around to find it, however we hadn't missed it by very far. The staff were friendly, and drop off and collection was very prompt.

I gave a good review since everything worked very well. Since this was the cheapest car parking I could find I was half expecting a 2nd rate service. None of it! Paperwork was all there and in order; the transfer was quick and easy with very little waiting; staff were helpful and friendly in a casual kind of way - ie. it didn't feel like I was paying for frills I didn't need. Would definitely use again, YMH
