Arrived in the early hours with two exhausted children and not having noted down where we had parked. Luckily my youngest has a great memory but even if she hadn't the coach driver reassured me that help would be at hand.

The barrier would not accept the card I used to pay with but on returning after the holiday the helpful man sorted the payment very quickly. Well done!

Transfers were difficult on saturday morning - coaches over crowded and lots of pushing to get on transfer coach. On return everything very smooth and just the opposite. Staff very courteous.

As they have a monolpoly on long stay parking at Standsted then they can treat their customers as they please increase their charges at will. Very expensive and poor transfers. It took us more than half an hour from the bus stop to the airport and again on return about 30mins from pick up point to our car. Most of teh time was waiting for the bus and then for it fill up with people. The buses were overcrowded and poorly managed with people allowed to block the doors with their bags etc. making it very diffcult to get young children safety on and off as well as lifting on and off your bags. Why can't they lay on more buses? I have used the long stay car park at stansted many many times and have never experienced a good service and always seem to pay more on each occassion. At least your website allow me to quickly seek out the best possible prices and book easily, thanks for that

However this time there was certainly a shortage of long stay buses, waiting outside for 45mins in a very large group of peolple all trying to get to the long stay carpark in the rain was a very poor service

Buses were crowded and not very frequent. We went to every part of the vast parking before we arrived at our number!

FIll in your parking space number and your bus stop number on your ticket as soon as you park...... Coach drivers are not clairvoyants.

It was easy to find the car park, the instructions given at the time of booking regarding getting a ticket etc were very good. The buses were running on time.

The submission of credit card into car park entry console did not work for the debit card I used for pre-payment. Is this as it should be? I therefore had to queue at the manned exit point to leave the car park.

there were 4 of us, 4 suitcases, 2 children had no problems on transfer bus, only problem was husband forgot where he'd parked the car ha ha our fault!!! A very helpful girl helped us locate it, good service

I thought this is the best way to travel to & from the airport, not having to rely on taxis to get you to there on time & vice versa. Actually the taxis would have cost me more. I will definately be using this service again if the price is right well done Pink Elephant

It was quite comfortable to leave the car. The coach transfer was comfortable and punctual. The driver was quite helpful and friendly.

first class service. Only minor problem - no trolleys in car park. Much better service than 'Purple Parking' at Heathrow who managed to issue the wrong keys!

The car park booking was very simple and reassuring. The car park was easy to locate, enter and depart. The buses ran quickly and often. Overall a good service.

Although the bus arrived in the expected 20 mins for the return journey to car park. The bus was full before all of the queuing passengers could board, therefore some people had to wait 40 minutes. As the bus was very full this caused great difficulty accessing the luggage racks at the time of getting off. Usually the bus becomes less full as people get off, and luggage is therefore easier to access, but in this instance the bus was collecting passengers while dropping off others, so it was constantly filled to capacity. This was not a good transfer

Found this to be a cheap way of transferring from the car park to the airport. coaches were reliable both early in the morning and late at night. have used it again this summer already!

I do believe that £50 for a weeks car parking is too high, its not like the car parks are secure and underground or something

It was the first time I have used this venue, but found directions easy to follow and the transfer to and from the airport was very good.

When waiting for the return bus to the car park - do not stand at the head of the queue - stand about 10 feet back - as the bus when it arrives pulls up behind you and the people who joined the queue after you get on first!! The queue would be better organised if they were instructed to queue from the other end, so the first people in the queue can actually board the bus.

We thought the method of parking using your credit card was very efficient and saved time booking in. We would use it again.
