From booking online through to parking, transfer to terminals both ways, the process worked well. efficient and no hitches. Processes were clearly explained. D P Gibney

The queues for buses were exceptionally long on arrival with insufficient shelter for the numbers waiting. Directions for return buses at Stansted were confusing and along with others we got on the wrong bus for our zone.

Well signposted on arrival, directions to area in use clear and unambiguous. Entry equipment operation flawless. Coach for transfer clean, driver very helpful and couteous. transfer to departures swift and comfortable. On return, signage for correct coach seemed unclear (but it was close to midnight!) transfer to LT parking swift and efficient. Driver helpful and informative (and had a sense of humour) A little delay on exit, other customers seemed to be having difficulty, although mine seemed to work without problems.

Because the carpark is on site the transfer times are quick; the location is easy to reach from the motorway/main roundabout; the car park areas are compact and well labelled. The transfer bus from the car park to the airport was available very quickly but there a longer wait on out return.

The only thing i can fault is when entering the carpark and you have prepaid, i put the card in that i had paid online with and was told when returning from my journey that i had pressed the button which meant i was asked for payment on my return, this held us and alot of other people up. I feel that there needs to be an easier more straight forward way as i felt alot of people were making the same mistake.

We arrived at Stanstead - there were clear signs to which car park you needed to go to. Very secure car park and not to far a walk to the bus stop! Buses arrived every 10-15mins but we didn't have to wait for one! they were there waiting. Easy to use and definately recommended i will use the Pink Elephant again.

The car park was easy to find (although it helped that we knew we were following 'long term parking' rather than Pink Elephant signs) and there was a bus waiting for us when we arrived at the bus stop so we didn't have to wait. When we arrived home we probably only waited 5 - 10 mins (it wasn't long enough for me to start looking at my watch) for the bus to turn up. I was really happy with the service overall.

I will be using Pink Elephant again. I had to book last minute and had no problems at all. The parking was easy to find and use. Everything went so smoothly and was a real pleasure.........thank you........

I found it easy to book, good prices on line and the instructions given were clear and concise. Plenty of transfers to airport

These guys gave clear information on which parking areas we were leaving, to make a note of it for when we returned. And also on the return, they were very clear in making sure the right people were going to the right place. I was able to amend my booking via a very helpful lady on the telephone. All in all - a very good experience!

Took a ticket on entry and were able to drive up to manned booth on exit -even though it was gone midnight!

The signing of which coach for which area of the car park is poor. If as I did and I understands others frequently do we catch the wrong bus to the car park there is no facility to be dropped off and transfered - albeit with a wait - to another bus tacking us to the correct area. It would of course help if the ticket issued told you which area you need rather than trying to remember - people are notoriously bad at remembering this sort of information

Can't think of any problems. acceptable waiting times. Efficient transfers. High quality transport. If I had to make one comment on an area to improve I would say that the coach was very crowded on the way out and this made the journey somewhat uncomfortable. The staff seemed intent on filling every available space on the coach before allowing it to leave and whilst I can understand their motives it seemed they did squeeze us too much, given there was a coach behind ready to move into position once our bus departed.

Have used Pink Elephant before at Heathrow and also Stansted and found it very good on both occasions. This was the third time of using Pink Elephant and would certainly use again, virtually hassle free.

A very good service but please be aware of others using coach to airport and place luggage in the correct racks leaving space for others to do so.

I got in a complete muddle with my credit card entering the parking it wouldn't work and I had to press the buttonand spent the next 10 days worrying about whether I would have to pay the rate for non internet bookers.However the man at the exit was very good and told me that many people press the button having prepaid so your system is no yet perfect,but i was eventually happy !

Very good, we had to wait a while for the bus on our return. We were secure in the knowledge that the car was well looked after. The system works very well. Can you stop the birds defacating on the car whilst we are away?

Bad experience! Off hand drivers, waited 35 mins for coach on our return. No one to speak to. Felt as though no one cared about customer service

Sign posting at Stansted for carparks is bad. You need to know in advance if the carpark you've booked is short stay, medium stay or long term. Huge queue for transfer bus, had to wait 40 mins to get on bus then 10 mins to the terminal. Nearly missed my flight. I would pay more in future to guarantee a fast transfer in a carpark closer to the terminal.

cannot fault excellent value feels safe and secure good service for transfer to the terminal have never waited more than 5-10mins for a bus would recomend to others and use again myself
