Did not meet any staff at parking, but the transfer was prompt and efficient - particularly on the return - and I would certainly use this again

Generally it's fine. The procedure for payment for prebooked customers is complex (card and ticket to be inserted at the right time) but clear instructions are given (provided you read them!). Coaches could be better, but drivers are reasonably helpful. Waiting points are clearly marked. Could the 'zones' be further subdivided - perhaps 'sectors' as well as 'rows' to assist finding vehicles on return?

Having used Pink Elephant before I was aware that this was the most convenient option for travelling to/from Stansted. Making use of the pre-booking facility meant that there was no delay in gaining entry. I will use Pink Elephant again. Thanks.

We were parked in L carpark and on return and drop off by the coach it carpark L was not clearly marked at drop off point. Everything else fine.

I thought the idea of this is great the busses were on time and frequent, the parking was convienient, we didn't have to make sure we had english change for when we got back in the country as it was all paid for online. Great service and will use again

Having used a similar service at Gatwick in February, Pink Elephant was a great deal easier and we were soon at the airport and on return soon on our way home

Car park easy to find, bus service efficient, payment procedure straight forward but too easy to pay twice eg pre book then again on collection, no way to get second payment refunded.

waited for bus to arrive. when bus did arrive it was full and had to wait for next bus which was in total 30 mins. Passingers need to know that there could be a waiting time and travel time to add to their arrival time. We missed check in and had to re book flight but we did cut it to close.

Got 5 new dents after staying only 6 days. Parking spaces are tiny - no room for opening a door. The transfers are infrequent and both ways were packed as the tube during rush hour. Will avoid in the future.

On the return journey we had to wait a long time for a coach to transfer us to the car park. However the coach driver apologised for the delay and was extremely pleasant and helpful...and made us all laugh!

When trying to validate the ticket on initial entry the machine would not accept the CC details. This could have been a pain but I guess this is a fairly regular occurence as they have a manned booth to sort things out as you depart.

Great car parking . frequent buses. Good price.Remember to check what zone you are in we forgot and didnt know where to get off bus on return! Confusing exit when you have prepaid you need to go through manned gate.

this is the second time I have used Pink Elephant at Stansted and fond both times the ease of getting from and to the M11 great the car parking bays are well sectiond and unlike some car parks the full bays were clearly marked there fore no hassle trying to find a space , also the bus service as been excellent on both occasions to and from the terminal very good !!

The coach journies, particularly to the airport, were horrendous. The coach to the airport was grossly over loaded with both people and baggage. You would not be allowed to transport animals in this fashion. If this is your normal level of service it can only be a matter of time before you have peoples lives on your hands. Even a minor road accident could easily be fatal. How can you possibly allow over loaded coaches with many people standing and numerous loose suitcases to be transported on public roads in this fashion. It is surely illegal. I travel frequently from Gatwick Airport and always have a seat for the journies. I hope you take serious note of these comments and would welcome a response from you.

Having had a 5 hr delayed flight back,it would be helpful in the information to know in the pre information what happens as to extended delays Thanks

On arrival at Stansted at about 2000 on a cold and wet Monday we, and a few hundred others, had to wait something like 40 minutes for the bus back to the car park.

As soon as we arrived we could take the bus immediately, same on our return. We were happy. We were just surprised having to pay for an extra day when we arrived 50 minutes later than planned on our return.

The transfer to the airport is relatively short which is a bonus. By pre paying you get a far better rate and its nice not to have to pay and obtain a ticket before exiting. I also prefer to park the car myself as we did here as this makes you feel less rushed

I'd written my zone and row number down in haste as I'd hurried to catch the bus for mu outgoing flight. On the way back the row number associated with that zone didn't make much sense. The driver was really helpful and called in to check via my ticket details. I'm sure this happens to people all the time but his going out of his way to check impressed me. thanks!
