On-line booking was very user friendly. Clear precise directions with location map. Car park was easy to access using bank card as it was pre-booked. Transfer to and from airport was quick and well organised. Excellent value for money. Will definitely use this service again.

Finding the right coach to get back from the airport was not easy, and there should be more information on the side of the coaches, or more colours should be used to distinguish the operators: when you get back tired from a long journey, you need clear, unambiguous information.

our plane landed 10mins early, however, the bus took ages to get to the airport, and collect us, which ended up taking us an hour to actually leave stansted.

we were very happy with the booking, arrival, transfer, a little dissapointed with wait on Sunday night for the transfer bus we waited 30 minutes and the end passengers had to wait for the next bus, no explanation was given. otherwise very good indeed.

I would like to mention that the driver of our outbound bus was extremely rude to customers on board. Despite there being room on the bus, he drove off leaving passengers at the bus stop. They were in full view of the drivers mirrors.

Quoted trf time of 10 mins about right once you catch a bus! On return we had to wait nearly 45 mins for a coach by which time there were enormous queues and many fractious customers and no staff to help or explain the problems - therefore in my view Pink Elephant absolutely rubbish.

Getting out of the car park was very slow, there was a problem with the exit barrier system. The experience was frustrating again the staff were helpful but the experience left me with a negative experience.

In total very happy with service, and price. location easily found with directions from booking form. On return I believe service could be improved, better directions to stops, and more frequent buses. thanks

Great Service - straightforward entry into car park via online booking - transfer buses regular - easy exit - pity about the 3 hour holdup on the M25!!!

Pink Elephant were very efficient. Staff on the transfer bus were very friendly even in the early hours. Good value for money and I would certainly use them again.

having a permanent space is really good, being able to prepay, not having to sign into an office and having ur vehicle moved around according to when ur coming and going

On arrival we found our booking hadn't been correctly notified to the car park although my credit card had been charged and therefore we had problems gaining access (good job we had allowed plenty of time!) This apparantly was not an unusual occurance. It was sorted out by the car park staff.

The car pasrk zones were clearly marked and the signs easy to follow. Although there were in excess of 200 people ahead of me for the bus, I only had to wait just over 10 minutes (3 buses in quick succesion) before being transported to the treminal building. On my return I found the signs on the buses confusing as they dealt in colours and not zones. All in all in good service which I will use again.

Airport was really busy as it was half term and there was a massive queue for the bus, but they came really frequently so didn't have much of a wait. There were also security organising the sheep so it was a pretty pain free process. The driver on the return was also quite entertaining over the tannoy and it was really easy to get bak to our car

It was relatively fast and easy and you can't ask for more than that, specially for the return trip when you want to get back to your car asap. Pretty good value overall too.

Car park staff were friendly and helpful. The bus was efficient and not overcrowded. From the arrivals lounge I was quickly transferred to the car park and I was on the M11 in no time at all.

If arriving back at Stansted in the early hours you need to know that a bus will come every 15 minutes and not have to watch while one bus we had just missed did a circuit of the airport before it came bacvk for the rest of the plane load.

We queued for some 15 minutes outside the Terminal at Red Zone Pickup. A Staff Member then told us that the Pickup Point was elsewhere as Construction Work was being carried out - a simple Notice would have saved us both time and impatience!

Not happy that I was 20 mins over on the way back due to a damaged suitcase and I was charged an extra £8.20 so not impressed with this as feel there should be some leeway.

As first time user of internet booking it was easy and quick confirmation from pink elephant. Adequate car parking space and on return clear direction to parking bay from bus driver.
