Great service. Fantastic support. Very good communication with airport.

When I got out of the prepaid car park I was confronted in the machine with an unrecognised ticket and unrecognised number plate and a bill for £126. It took a while to sort out through the microphone and I had to hunt around for my booking confirmation and give full details while a queue was building up behind me, not exactly a pleasant experience. There should be some maintenance and supervision of the machines to keep them in working order at all times in such a busy car park, and this was found wanting for myself and several customers in front of me. Getting out took 20 minutes....

Well laid out and easy to use. Did everything as described without issue

Everything was as expected, the only hitch was that the camera did not recognise my car number so I had to press for a ticket and call for help on exit.

No problems with booking on line. Clear signing to long stay park from Stansted turn off. Easy parking and clearly named bays and bus stops. Regular bus service to and from airport even though rather crowded. Altogether a very efficient system in place for secure and worry free long term parking.

Transfer going to airport was fine. Coming back early Sunday was diabolical. We were in the long stay. 3 mid stay buses came along in the time that only one long stay bus came along.Therefore we had to wait for a good hour when they are supposed to be every 20 minutes. That spoilt the end of a lovely holiday.

Drop-off was as expected and went smoothly. Collection was torture. The waiting area to get a coach back to the car park was chaos. People were unsure where to wait, there were hoards of people waiting for a bus. No one knew how long we were to wait. When a bus arrived it was like trying to board the last coach out of hell. When we eventually got in the car, our 'escape' was hampered further when the ticket machine read we owed £108!! We then had to talk to an assistant to leave the car park without paying £108. Would not use again.

Good location, easy access. Very good services. Next time again I choose this car park.

Don't be put off by the the location of the long stay car park, the transfers are regular and there is very little inconvenience. Definitely worth avoiding paying the cost of nearer car parks.

Didn't have contact with any staff so hard to mark that. Directions were easy to follow and it's really good that you can keep the car keys and there's no faffing about handing them in somewhere. The automatic number plate system is excellent. Thank you, will definitely use again.
