I was very pleased with every aspect of the service. It was completely hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when you arrive back at the airport from your holiday late at night.

We arrived early and thought we would have to wait but the staff were friendly and helpful, we were allowed to park up and transfer to the airport. On return we waited for about 5 minutes for the bus and were straight back to the car. This was the easiest parking experience we have ever had.

Good experience, a good start to our holiday. All ran smoothly and had no need to contact any on-site staff.

The web booking was easy to complete. Printing off and using the voucher was easy. Directions to the car park were accurate. Timings for transfers to and from the airport were spot on. HAve used this service before and thought there were more buses this time.

We parked on a saturday afternoon,no queue at entrance, plenty of parking spaces, coach was already at stop. On return coach was waiting for us.Have used before and will continue to use.

Simple to book on the internet, simple instructions on procedure at airport, simple to carry out. Efficient, reliable and inexpensive.

The only complaint I could have is that he bus was packed so standing room only on both journeys too and from the airport.

Having used the service previously, we knew how well it worked. The only small point to make is that we were directed to a zone that was full and took as a little time to establish that and find the next open one. We were in good time, so no big issue, but were we up against it timewise, it could have been a bit worrying.

Not sure if the driver thought he was Lewis Hamilton, the drive back to the car park was hair raising to say the least. He drove very quickly and at times quite recklessly, my five year old was scared as we had to stand up because the bus was full!!!!

On arrival the bus was there and we were into the airport very quickly. Coming home we had to wait longer for the bus and where to pick up the bus was not clear, this was the airports fault as road works had been carried out and traffic was blocked off. Also it wasn't clearly signed for those who had already paid when exiting car park. f On the whole I feel that the service provided was good value for money, I have used the service before and I will continue to do so.

Its so esay to book with pink elephant parking. Additinally car park is easy to find ,plenty of signs to help once you arrive and the transfer to the terminal building could not have been better.We will use pink elephant again without hesitation.

Have used Pink Elephant parking before and it was even better this time because having prebooked we got the hang of the automatic entry and exit system this time and did not have to queue at all. We didn't have to wait for a coach at all and the driver was very good about calling out the stops. The car parking areas are clearly marked and labelled for ease of finding the car on return. A good experience again and we will undoubtedly use it again in the futurel.

Their were plenty of buses stopping in front of the terminal building for most zones, however, A,B&C were served by a separate bus - and we were left waiting quite a while (around 25mins) for one of these.

Parking is very close to the airport, with a very clear 'mapping' system which allows you to find the car quick and easy. overall a brilliant servise and almost hassle free

would recommend the pre book service, very efficent and this made arrival and transfer to terminal seamless.

Good value for money. The bus was very cramped on the return transfer, but I have no complaints and would use your services again

On arrival could not find anyone to clarify witch ticket to choose, the Voucher or pre payed with credit card as I had booked online. No one was at ticket office but I found 2 members of staff in the car parking area that told me the option we chosen was the right one and were very friendly. Apart from this incident on arrival, everything went smothely and it actually was faster that I thought would be to reach the airport with the transfer.

Arriving and parking was simple as was catching the bus to the airport. However upon our return to the UK we had to queue for an hour with two restless children in the rain for a coach back, in which we were packed like sardines.
