Booking on line was easy and price very competitive but the whole thing was let down by the lack of regular tranfer services. There were big queues forming for both transfers and not all people managed to get on the bus.

We had a stressful journey from Dartford on the day of departure, but after finally arriving at Stansted it couldnt have been an easier, we followed the simple signs to the available zone and jumped straight on a bus to trasfer, arrived directly outside the terminal, After arriving back from holiday, it was 11.50pm we were all tired but after walking out of the terminal a bus was there for our transfer and by 12.15 we were exiting the car park onto the motorway, it was a pleasure to have the stress taken away from us,

The car park was easy to locate. on arrival put credit card in machine was allocated zone to park the car. Lots of spaces, the coach was already there waiting. smooth transfer to airport. and the same on arrival from our holiday. Would definately use again.

The card with which the booking was made did not work as promised on entry so we had to manually process the booking on exit which added time. We were told this was due to a fault in the booking process, and nothing to do with our card.

Would have helped to have Pink elephant parking sign posted from first roundabout rather than just 'long stay.' Glad we booked on line; it was much simpler to get through the barriers. Very well signed within the parking area and we witnessed the pick -up bus drivers going out of their way to be helpful.

Going abroad for holidays can be very frustrating for travelling to airports, ie taxis, trains etc however with the knowledge of the pink elephant parking facilities i have gained, i have been confident and more relaxed knowing that my vechile was safe, the online pre booking facility is briiliant, this allows me to arrive knowing i have a place to park, the travel betwwen carpark and airport is very good, and your staff are very helpful, ( when i returned from my holiday i could not remember which part of z carpark i was in your staff was very helpful in locating my car ) thank you for providing these good facilities, this gives me peace of mind knowing and confidence for our future excursions thanking you steve bayliss

Car park well lit and secure. Transfers very quick and reliable. Didn't have to wait long for transfer to the airport and there was a bus waiting at the airport when we returned.

Even though there were problems with the entry machine it was sorted out very quickly on our return.

Good efficient service. Easy to follow directions and instructions. Car park was a bit dark at night- wouldn't like to be wandering around on my own. More expensive than used to but maybe because of being a London airport?

I had forgotten my credit card, and thought this would mean having to pay twice, even at 6am in the morning the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much of a problem.

the service worked well. bus collections and drop off werre clean and not too crowded. Drivers were chererfull and sounded like they were enjoying their work, both on the early morning pick up and particularly with the late night return to the car park.

I have always booked with Pink Elephant where possible and have always had very positive and friendly experience.

Very useful at 3am when the driver was able to clearly inform the passengers which bus was going to where, although on our journey we were not aware that our area was not until the last drop off point. In HIs Name

The service is easy for anyone taking a car to the airport, my only criticism is the parking costs are spiralling towards £10 a day which is way too expensive!!

No problems with the parking itself nor the return transfer; however, we and many other customers waited a good 30 minutes in the rain for the bus to take us to the terminal, at about 10.30am. This was too long; some people in the bus queue could not get on the bus when it arrived.

Parking cost almost as much as the flight. It will cause me to look at other airports, or to use other means of travel in future

Well sign posted and easy to find. Transfer to terminal was very quick, but we did have to wait for transfer bus on the way back

We found the car park was very well sign posted, we hadn't flown from Stansted before, so didn't know where we were going, but we didn't have a problem at all. Access to the car park was explained in the e mail that we received after booking and also ran smoothly as was the exit procedure. The transfers ran regularly and we didn't have long to wait for a bus, which dropped us off right outside the terminal building. Highly recommended.

Bus driver was helpful over microphone but didn't actually meet any staff; facilities were good; buses punctual; it was worth the money.
