It was the first time I have used this facility and my only comment is that I was not aware when I entered the car park I had to put in my credit card I had paid with. The machine said press for ticket which is what I did. When I left a week later I had to pay £72.00. I have phoned and been told I will have a refund, and I now realise it does say to put your credit card in on the e-mail when you arrive but I think this should be in large bold print as I overlooked this and just followed the instructions on the machine at the barrier which said press for ticket. I will know next time !! Gail Chandler.

It was 5.40am and very dark only half of the Car Park had lights (B12 AREA).. We were amazed at the amount of people queueing at that time of the morning. Un for tunately we were unable to get on the first bus that arrived. we waited a further 20 minutes for the next one. On our return we waited nearly half an hour for a long stay yellow area bus. about five buses passed by us going to other colour zones and Medium stay parking. Having said all that the payment system worked very well. We will use Pink Elephant again because we live along way away and to get to Stansted by other means is not convenient. Train is possible but not that early in the day.

Parking etc was fine but there was a very long queue for the bus from the terminal back to car park when we landed. When we eventually managed to get on the bus (which was very overcrowded) to collect our car we found passengers trying to get off at each stop as other passengers were trying to get on! Bit of a shambles really.Much better to have two buses together, one picking up from car park and one setting down at peak times. This was my only criticsm. The staff were very good and I was questioned for a car park survey by a very charming lady whilst waiting for the bus and gave full marks.(before I got on the bus !) I felt that overall you were very good.

We thought it was very sinple ans easy compard to another we used before. Although more expensive than the other one, which was disapointing. Maybe slightly cheaper would be better. the buses came so quickly both times. Maybe the bus driver could call out, or have a recorded msg readiing out which bus stop number is next?? that could help.

Using this car park was ok, the only critism I would have is that entry and exit isn't that simple. You need to remember which card you used to book the car parking and remember NOT to put that card in when you are back. Not that difficult but not that easy either when you are in holiday mindset!

I was a first-time user, and was impressed with the efficient way everything worked, and the quick turnaround of the transfer coaches. I would definitely use it again.

Unfortunately on entry the barrier did not recognise my card, not Pink Elephants fault, but the card I used had expired and the new one was not recognised.I was concerned by this, but your staff were excellent and upon my return quickly found my details on the computer and I was able to leave without having to pay twice. A truly brilliant service from start to finish...always using pink elephant in the future

My recent experience with parking in stansted has been unusual for me. I booked my parking online with a credit card that expired before going on the holiday.. I was concerned that I may not be let into the parking and that I will be late for the flight. Leaving at 0530hr, there is no admin. staff about but I rang for advice 3 days before we left for Spain and was advised and reassured.. On return the staff was not too bothered with our explainations. we finally got home safely. What I am trying to say is that the document printed from the web did not explain clearly re: getting a ticket if your credit card epired meanwhile.

Everything worked out ok. Bus driver on drop off was a bit grumpy - maybe because we were still in holiday mood !!!

On arrival, the entry system wouldn't accept my credit card, which I had used to make the booking, so we had to get a ticket and go to reception to find out how to deal with the problem. The people queuing for the coach at the airport on our return were in complete bewilderment about where to queue, as the signs pointed one way at one end and the other at the other end. A sign was up for the head of the queue, but then we were told that we couldn't queue there. Most confusing. There was quite a wait for the coach, by which time the queue was very long. However, the rest of the experience was very good. The ticket problem was sorted out when we got to the cashier's office on our exit from the car park.

There were hundreds of passengers parking at the Pink Elephant at the same time. Most people formed an orderly queue at the bus stop. Unfortunately there were others who walked straight to the front of the queue pushing themselves onto the buses as they arrived. It caused a lot of ill feeling amongst the people in the orderly queue. In the early hours, when it appears to me that most people arrive for early flights could it not be possible for staff to be available to police the queueing onto the buses

The shuttle to the airport was excellent. But the shuttle bus from the airport to the car park on our return to Stansted took around a half hour to arrive to pick up returning passengers. Being at the front of a very long queue of muttering people, I spoke to one of the yellow jacketed young ladies who were pacing around the area and asked her whether there was a problem. She looked a bit worried and said she had already radioed to ask what was going on but had received no response. Soon after, a bus arrived but only around two thirds of the waiting people managed to pack themselves into what was a very uncomfortable ride. It rather spoiled the experience. We came off flight EZY238 which took off from Edinburgh (on time) at 16.05 on 29 August.

Used this car park a number of times and never found a problem. Remember where you parked the car, write it down, you will forget the area letter if you had a good holiday!

Somewhat unclear on arrival whether to obtain the ticket from the machine having prepaid. There is a facility to enter with the credit card used to pay-but I didn't have that one with me. Otherwise buses much as expected, though it is quite a way standing.

The 2 girls directing arrivees to the queues were surly and un interested (It was late so they were probably tired). The coach driver also was bad tempered and surly - barking orders at passengers, as if he thought we were all stupid. It was late, about 11.30 pm and dark so zone signs were not as clear as during the day. It would have been very helpful if the driver had explained the location of the parking zones NB for the stop for zones T and V at Stanstead, T is on one side of the road and V on the other (not adjacent) . I don't wish to give negative feed back but politeness and patience are really important . Your staff might be tired after a long shifft but they should remember that they are providing a service and that the customers/ paasengers are quite like also tired after their journeys. Thank you Peter Henfield
