Early website booking meant a trouble free parking before the flight and freqent transfers meant a trouble free end. furthermore when we were unable to find our car the bus driver was happy to find it for us from details on our ticket.

Entrance to the car park was easy enough, although i had paid well in advance, on the conformaiton form i couldn't see what card i had paid the fee with, so had to guess. On other forms the card used is usually highlighted by only having the last 4 digits displayed, i would have found this helpful. Car parking is well laid out and very easily navigated. The busses did indeed run on time, to the point there were several waiting for passengers, making the transfer very quick and comfortable. We ended up parking in zone Z, 5, 4. However on the return to the carpark, we got off at the first sign we saw for zone Z. Unfortunatley this was not the correct carpark zone as it only catered for zone Z, 1, 2 & 3, but i feel sure if i had asked the bus driver he would have informed us where exactly to get off.

arrived early in the morning ,met by a pleasent and helpful person. was 5 hours late back due to missing a flight because of accident in Holland,but was charged no more. overall good value for money if you book early.

all communication from you refers to Pink Elephant, however the only signage is to long term parking. It therefore took time to find the car park. You should tell customers to follow the signs to long term parking. I was looking for signs saying Pink Elephant!!

The only slight problem was on entry when I had been instructed to insert the debit card with which I had pre-paid to obtain my ticket. Unfortunately, it appeared that the system was down and all the other drivers were trying to do the same thing, finding tickets could not be issued against their cards and were being instructed (eventually) to press the entry button for a ticket. This led to a large tail-back, which was a bit frustrating. Apart from that, everything was OK.

Everything was clearly marked on arrival to park the car. Coaches were very regular, so no waiting about. The same on our return.

Directions from M11 were not full.however road signs were. On site no direction sign to E site where parking alloted. Some delay waiting coach on return altho Flt delayed. Suggest you relook at despatched instructions and follow customer approach to make changes.

the bus back to the car park was not labelled and we ended up in the wrong zone but the bus driver was so nice he took us and another family to our cars.

Was very straight forward to get to and parking is set out well. Didn't have to wait long for a bus to collect us from our zone of the carpark. Only thing I would say is that when we returned late at night, 12.30am, there were so many people wanting to get back to the carpark and not enough buses! Still, we didn't wait that long till a bus did arrive.

Once again I had to pay twice, would not accept my card, yes I did use the same card that I booked online with, will have to wait for a refund. This happenend to me earlier in the year at bristol airport. Will I use simplyparking again.............no

We always park with you but first time have booked in advance and much cheaper. Standard price of £9 per day is a rip off. Always travel back late and have nearly always had to hang around outside the terminal for on average 15 mins which is unacceptable because you must know when the last flights are arriving. This time though we didn't have to wait, the bus was there and he didn't wait for ages so everyone was packed in like cattle. So this time was much better than are previous experiences. You must be taking notice of feedback which can only be a good thing.

We had difficulty getting in to the car park because the machine giving out tickets, did not recognise the credit card. We weren't aware that the credit card would be required so weren't sure which one to use. A call to the office from the terminal, explained that we could use our print out from internet payment when we left. That set our minds at rest and all went well when we actually left.

I found the staff very helpful after having parked and left my car I had to return a couple of hours later and return to meet someone .When I returned and explained the what had happened the staff sorted me out no problem at all and when I returned they were equally helpful I would certainly use the car park every time.

Arrival was efficient and a coach was waiting - everything was quick and efficient. Returning home on Sunday lunchtime we waited almost an hour for the coach to pick us up. there was no apology nor communication as to when it would arrive or the reason for the delay.

We could not use the card we had booked with and the staff were very helpful and efficient in dealing with our problem. Good fast transfers, easy to use.

after a long flight it was nice to be bussed to a few yards from whare our car was parked and drive away to the motorway and home

The only gripe I have is that it can be a long way to lug cases between bus and car. It would be great if there was a set-down bay adjacent to the bus-stops where the driver could set down passanger(s) and cases to go and park / fetch the car.

Along with many others we had to wait far to longto wait for a bus back to the car park,ie 25 minutes. there were more than one bus load of passengers waiting,and at around midday i thought that this was an unacceptable wait.

Road works in the car park meant long delays in transfers from parking to terminal in the rain. Got soaked and very cold. Also time became tight . Not good at all. Will probably go back to previous car park facilities at Bishop Stotrford

Waited in a mile long queue for the bus for 45 mins and nearly missed the flight ... disgusting. Will never use this car park again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
