Other than the card not working at the barrier when entering we had no problems. Plenty of buses and not too far away.

saves all that hassle of your nearest and dearest driving you and those embarassing kisses good bye at the gate.

Easy to book on line. The card access worked well, remember to keep the exit card handy for the purpose of leaving the park.

The site is easy to find. I had no problem finding the sector and parking the car. The transfer by bus to the terminal took about 15 to 20 minutes, as advertised. However, on my return, there were many passengers waiting, and not enough coaches coming in. The staff were not very helpful. Finally, a coach came (after more than 30 minutes of waiting in the cold), and it was absolutely packed. People had problems finding space for luggage, and finding a place to stand on the coach. Overall, value for money is average. It may take you more than 1 hour to drive off after reaching the coach pick-up point.

Although it seems quite expensive, the car park is vast and well laid out, and most importantly the shuttle bus service is pretty regular from the long stay car park to the terminal. Do listen to their advice though to leave at least 15 mins for a bus to come and 15 mins travel time. Very reliable though.

We came back from Sweden after midnight but no problems - bus came within a few minutes and car park well lit and secure. Would use again.

System worked as promised. Someone turned up to pick up the car and then to bring it back within the alloted time. Would recommend the service. Only slight downside is that instructions ask you to phone your arrival once on the M23. However there is nowhere to stop on the M23 coming from the M25.

I have used Airport carpakz 4 times now and have never had a bad experience with them. The service is polite and punctual. After a long flight home knowing that the transfer to your car will be there as you exit the airport (with a quick phone call to the office whilst in the baggage collection area) makes the last part easy.

we were lucky and found a bus back to the car-park straight away this time, but on the way to the airport there was a rather long wait:this was at 10 am when there is a lot of activity in the airport.

I am a regular user of Long Stay Parking at Gatwick. It is a very convenient facility but, as with other airport parking, it does not come cheap.

From booking, arrival to leaving, the experience was excellent. The booking process was easy to understand and follow. Instructions to airport parking were clear and concise and the security was good. I had no worries about leaving my car. Upon returning to vehical, the transfers were quick and the staff helpful, as I needed additional help, we were able to get on the bus without out any problems. Well done, keep up the good work.

It may be because I have used this service a number of times, but I find the instructions to and from the car park easy to follow, especially if you pre-book.

Slightly pricey, but better value then the on airport parking. Many of the areas were full and the only spaces available seemed a long way away from the airport which caused confusion on return to pick the car up. Apart from that it was a efficient service and would use it again.

As I booked on the internet and did not see anyone at the airport (it was not necessary) I have rated a 4. Everything was fine thank you. Long may the customer service reign!!

a car park is much like any other but the coach transfer was overcrowded, very difficult to manage luggage and children - very unpleasant way to start your holiday

On the whole good service at resonable price. At time got a little confused when paying. Make sure you take note of car position before you leave.

Too big, information dissemination not good - no previous (or on the spot ) notice of roadworks which forbade many from returning to cars via tortuous route found only after a lot of guesswork. Very impersonal - left to own devices. Will park somewhere smaller next time.

Quick return to carpark from airport. Bus stop easy to find and near exit and bus has always been there on th 3 times I have used it.

Our parking experience was as usual uneventful apart from the smaller coach which was used on our return journey. It was full and my wife had to standin the footwell near the door as the normal standing area was full of luggage and people. When we came to the first stop my wife stepped up onto the standing area but unfortunately had to hold on to the grab rail on her right. When the door opened her arm became trapped between the door and the grab rail from her shoulder to her wrist. She was not injured apart from slight bruising to her upper arm. She was released when I shouted to the driver what had happened.

Good value for money but it seems that you also have to accept a low standard of service. Long waiting times for the return journey and rude bus drivers
