One of the most stress free airport experiences. Easy to find, good signing and directions from M11. Effective directions to parking area by staff. Coach arrived within minutes and within 15 minutes of parking we were in the terminal. Return trip was equaly efficient. Thnaks for delivering a great service. Peter Sheasby.

Followed the instructions from the website regarding procedures and found them easy to understand and accurate, everything well signed both at the car park and the airport, the whole experience was effortless and good value for money, will use again

Its certainly easy to park there with clear directions. The wait for the terminal bus is not long and you are soon at the airport. However I do feel airport parking is very expensive.

Some pavement exits from car parks actually led to dead ends and people had to retrace their steps then walk on the road down the entrance to the bus stop. Not very safe at all and not good for older people or disabled who ended up walking a lot further than they needed to. We arrived early in the morning and had to queue for the bus whilst stood on the busy road as there was not enough room to fit everyone into the bus stop and there were no pavements on that side of the road

car park is well sign posted, so easy to find. once inside, its well sign posted to take you to the correct parking area. Shuttle bus pick up points are very near to the car park. Shuttle driver always reminds you to make a note of your space, so that on return you are able to find your car easily.

had a problem with using the ticket for the exit.i asked for hepl and got it.the guy at the barrier was helpful.the coach driver on the way back was very helpful.i was worried at how the bus stop sequence worked.he explained as we was going along.overall 10/10 have used you everytime i have travelled from stansted and will use you again.

Parking at this airport was more expensive than at most other international airports, for example it was much more expensive than when I parked at Nice airport in the south of France - I would have thought Stansted would have been rather cheaper...

I shouldn't have clicked on the line above about customer service as I have never had to refer to any member of the parking staff. All the arrangements have always gone like clockwork, from booking to getting into the car park, taking the transfer to the terminal and the return journey. And the best of all was the substantial savings I made by pre-booking against the daily charges you would be faced with on arrival without a booking.

The outward journey was fine but coming back was awful. It was late at night and people had been subjected to excessive delays in clearing passport control. However, this did not excuse the ill mannered behaviour of passengers who crowded onto the bus and put light luggage at the bottom of the luggage areas and stood across them, refusing to move down the bus. I would suggest that more direction is given to the passengers on how to store their luggage effectively and how to move away from the congested luggage areas. The situation was not helped by massive overcrowding. More supervisory staff would help. It is asking a lot of the driver to act as a shepherd as well as a driver.

The queue for the bus to the airport was massive. People had been waiting 45mins plus. We ended up catching a lift with some complete strangers who'd decided to drive and park more closely. We would have been very stressed if we'd been delayed checking in by 45 mins.

The car park is a big open space with individual parking spaces in it. Nothing special but it does the job. Better signage would have been good so we could find our car easier on return. Transfers were OK, although a little more often would have been easier than waiting ages and then cramming onto the bus with 100s of other sardines.

the only problems is the organisation on leaving the airport at Stansted the queue is not well monitored,people get in front of those in line and can board the bus first. Needs to be better demarcation between the front and back, of the line.

to get to parking area was a nightmare as the road were been re-surfaced at the time. i always seam to end up in zone z as well which is the farvest route to the terminal possible and with the roadworks and the increased security at the airport i missed the flight.

Although I'm certain the fees charged could be less; the operation is convenient to the airport and I can say having used it numerous times now it is, on the whole efficient and straightforward. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The whole process of booking was without stress and the booking instructions were easy to follow. The Stansted buses are plentiful and there is little hanging around. As stated above, the only downside is the long distance from the airport. However, all the other parks (other than the expensive short and medium term ones, are as far if not farther away, but that's Stansted for you!

Need option to speak to staff when only options are to use credit card or press button to take ticket when customer has been warned not to take a ticket in the paperwork.

The car park feels like a safe place to park i am young female travelled by myself and i felt safe busses ran regularly and the system is easy to figue i was worried about getting back to the car park but it was extremely easy. I even recomened my dad use the car park.

Very efficient - couldn't really comment much on staff because we only saw the driver but the whole experience was very easy to handle. Would definately use this again in the future.

we found the whole process very easy to follow,good simple instuctions and a very good overall service offered.

In our excitement to go on holiday, we had left our interior light on. As you can imagine our battery was as flat as anything. We telephoned the car park service & a van turned up within 5 minutes & got us on our way home. Extremely pleased as we had to go on to collect our son from Luton airport :-) many thanks
