Busses arrived within a couple of minutes of our arrival at bus stops and bus drivers unusually cheery and helpful. Maybe we got lucky or maybe management are motivating their staff properly - whichever, it makes all the difference.

Booking was easy on the internet. Once at the car park the automated machines made booking in easy, there were plenty of spaces and the transfer coaches were frequent and fast. No complaints at all

Safe car parking well sign posted. Plenty of transfer buses.Never had to wait too long for one.Just remember which bus stop.

Good experience. The car was well care for in the parking, the bus to the airport on time. We were very happy and every all ran very smoothly.

We will be using your services again in the near future and have no hesitation in recommending to friends.

Directions to the cark park and to sections within the carpark were excellent. The transfer services were punctual and of a high standard.

Parking at Luton Long stay was easy and there were plenty of staff and buses to make it all very fast.

No long delays when waiting for transfers to and from airport. Bus driver very courteous. Will definitely use this service again. Good value for money.

transfer from car park to terminal only 5 minutes short wait on return as coaches only pick up for one zone at a time.

Can't rate service as we did not see any staff at all. But the site will not allow me to submit without ticking a box

Much easier to drive to airport and know that car is safe and on arrival back in UK there is no waiting around for coaches/trains/taxis. 2nd time I'd used long stay parking and will def use it again.

Problem exiting;machine would not accept ticket until operator had triggered something on his computer?

All went very smoothly.Not overly clear what happens when you approach barrier & have to insert your card but that may just have been me! It didn't put me off using again though.

Fast check in with only a few minutes wait for transfer bus. Return pick up stop easy to find with only a short wait for the bus. As I had my wallet stolen whilst away which contained my car park receipt (I had reported this prior to my return) presented no problem or delay to my collection of my car.

Efficient service and well signposted. As a woman travelling on my own I had difficulty in lifting my case on and off of the luggage rack but realise there is no solution to this problem.

The transfer bus was on time but was extremerly full. It would have been better if perhaps more buses could be run.

The initial information on line was easy to find, easy to follow. The directions to the car park were concise and accurate. The staff were polite and helpful, which all helped get my holiday off to an excellent start and a welcome stress free return. Thank you.

it would help if ther were more buses at the pink elephant stops at peak arrival times ie 08.00-09.30 and again 17.00 - 18.30 as traffic delays are more likely therfore getting into airport to check in on time is important also at these times allowing the buses to go rather than wait until they are full Hope this is helpful as we have no flights from Norwich to Alicante we have to use Stansted at least 6 times a year and parking inprovements are mportant for us also price It would helpful if we were e mailed any offers you are offering thanks

Well sign posted from Motorway and easy to access. There was a problem with the ticket machines but friendly staff available to help. Transfer to the terminal very prompt service, the transfer back was a lot longer. We waited nearly an hour for a service in bad weather......Would def use again though.

sometimes the coach transfers are convenient,but we are now increasingly finding long delays either at the parking or airport ends.
