Everything went smoothly. Only problem encountered was receiving my confirmation when I returned. Had to look up all the directions and info on the website and then hope my booking had gone through. I had no paper work to prove it. It all worked no problem. Would use them again.

I was away three weeks and on my return my car battery was flat the driver radioed in and the guy turned up within 3 minutes to restart me .Great service keep it up

Easy arrival and departure instructions, the shuttle bus arrived shortly after we left our car, the bus could have been warmer though. Overall happy with what we got for £54 for a week.

I used the Long Stay Car Park when it was very quiet at Stansted. Transport to the terminal was great, waiting for me as I parked. However, there was a wait on the return which I found a little frustrating as I had a long drive ahead, and had travelled without hold baggage to make a speedy getaway. However, all in all, it was fine and I will continue to use the car park.

Only hassle was finding a free space within the one open zone, bearing in mind each way we turned a corner told us we were entering a closed zone.

The directions were excelent, the facilties modern and efficient, the buses were regular, clean and comfortable...overall a feeling of security and quality. Would definitely use again!

Booking online is so easy and offers good value for money. The parking zones are clearly marked with coach stops conveniently placed and space on back of ticket to write the car park reference to ensure you don't forget it during your holiday. Recommended.

Ticket barrier machine did not recognise the credit card I booked with. Spoke through intercom and was let in with no problem. But on returning from trip had to queue up 'to pay' and try and get through with just my booking ref number - which I did. But I would have preferred not to queue in the first place or had the apprehension of the hastle at the ticket office.

I have used this car park many times before without incident, but when I finally arrived back to an icy Stansted in early January 5 hours later than I should have done imagine how I felt when my car wouldn't start! Thankfully, a kind lady in a patrol vehicle must have seen my bonnet up and arrived within moments. She then called for the AA patrolman on site to come to my assistance and let me sit in her warm car until he arrived, which was not long even though he had people to sort out before me. He jump started my car and away I went. I was so impressed at the excellent service in my 'hour of need' and would certainly recommend this car park. Thank you.

Easy to find, easy to use, I had reason to return to my car; at which time the area was closed. I was picked up on CCTV and a driver came to ask me (politely) what I was doing. Impressive security and service.

On a freezing morning, there was a little bit of walking. I need a stick and my wife had to carry 2 bags from car to transfer bus, but we managed OK. The nearest unoccupied bay to the stop was not a disabled one. The bus was waiting, engine running and heater on. The transfer was within timelimits. On return transfer bus for long stay was the furthest to walk, but in general it worked out well.

The one thing we did wrong this time was to go through the credit card barrier on leaving Stansted Long Stay car park and our parking card was not accepted we reversed out and went to the barrier were a very kind gentleman brought up our details and saw that indeed we had already paid and let us through so I think the fault was with us this time

When you return from your holiday, disappointed that all the fun is over, it's good to know that your car will be available to you with no hassle.

We always use this car park as it is very good value for money. We never have to wait long for the coaches from or to the car park and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Although we were directed to the last (Z) zone, once we'd parked up we were on our way immediately as the bus was already waiting at the nearest stop. Upon our return, we only had to wait 5 minutes for the bus so overall transfers were very good, better than many airport car parks I have previously used. Very good value for money too.

It's about standard for airport parking - does what it says on the tin. Although when we got back our car was dead. It took less than 10min from me asking at the help point for us to be on our way again. Outstanding service! Especially as it was New Years Day and was very busy. Very friendly staff. Top marks on this one

This car park was all that it advertised to be. Easy to find (without sat. nav.), economical, well signposted within the complex and buses running as promised within a 20 minute time scale. Would certainly use again.

When you get off a plane you really only want to get into your car and go home-this car park was as good as any other I have used

Some confussion over which transfer coach was going to our long stay car park. And which pick up point to use

Arrived at the airport stress free. Parking very easy to find and clear directions to open zones - loads of spaces and well lit. Coaches arrived regularly to take you to the airport and drivers very helpful. All in all it was a breeze and with 3 small children in tow that is what you want.
