On our return, none of the prepaid parking card reading machines were working, so we had to reverse away from them and go through the manned exit point. Luckily there were no vehicles behind us, otherwise it would have been a nightmare, trying to reverse against the flow of traffic.

Car park easy to find, quite a long way from the terminal but the bus was waiting for us both times which was great as we wouldn't have wanted to wait 20 minutes. Would use this service again.

This was the first time I'd used the system, but it was easy to use the on-line system ato book the space and the card-operated entry system to the car park worked very efficiently. The trasnfers were quick both ways and I will use the system agin. Thanks.

hassle free, worry free and nothing broken or stolen when i returned. what else can you want from a car parking experience

We parked, noted where our car was on the back of the card we were given, bus was already there, we were whisked away to the airport quickly and efficiently. On our return, the bus was just leaving the stop but when the driver saw us he stopped and let us get on. Everything went smoothly. Would definitely use this service again.

Prehaps you could make clearer your instructions of what is required at exit. I'm afraid I got confused when approaching the exit!

Value for money considering we had a landrover defender 110 and a trailer. This meant that two families were able to share the parking. Definately do it this way again.

There is one aspect that could have helped us. When we arrived back into Stanstead and came out of the airport at arrivals the long stay parking bus was parked outside of the departures area. This meant that we had to walk a long way from arrivals to catch the long stay parking bus. Perhaps the long stay bus could be parked nearer to where passengers exit arrivals.

I think it is totally unfair that people who have to do trips at short notice are penalised due to the fact that the parking is alot dearer than for those who are able to book weeks in advance

I think it was good that I phoned on my moblile as it isnt clear that there are phones near the bus stops. The A A man informed us of that. I also found it a little difficult to re-locate our car.

Highly recomended, I couldn't come back on the day as I have pre-booked my time on the car park, but it was easy to fix it online, I have been able to pre-book another day just two hours before midnight and had no problems when I have arrived to pick up my car. People at the car park where very helpfull. Everything was ok. Thanks a lot..

We waited a long time for the return coach, which was a shame as we'd got through the airport very quickly. The coach on the way there was fine.

Fairly good service although this time the machines were down so we had to pay at cashier desk on return which caused about 15 min delay on our return. Parking facilities otherwise good.....had to wait 25 mins for transfer bus on return so again we were delayed by this. Have had better service by this facility in the past.

You need to make your bus stop at the airport easier to use-it was difficult to decide which side of the stop to queue where simple signage would have solved this

The long stay car park is well signposted off the M11 and when you get there the signs directing you to the particular section are clear and succinct. When my back wheels locked upon returning the staff at the exit gate were helpful in directing me where to get help and how to contact the AA. The AA man wasn't long as he is stationed on site and had the car sorted in a jiffy. And there is peace of mind because you know the car park is patrolled at all times.

We were well satisfied with the facility and were treated well by the company having had to rearange booking dates due to the cancellation of our original flight because of the weather

on our return we were delayed a couple of hours because of heavy snowing at the airport and we we did not get any extra charge. Thank you!

Despite there being extreme weather conditions and roadworks at the entrance very smooth and straightforward. I would not hesitate to use you again.

If using this service, you need to account for the fact that the bus may have just left, which could leave you standing in the cold and wet (as it did us!) for some time. Very convenient and reasonably priced for a short trip abroad.
