I have used this service on many occasions and will continue to do so at Stansted. The car park is on the airport and well signposted, the buses to and from the terminal are timely and the bus stops well placed. The procedure at the entrance barrier has recently changed but is detailed well at the ticket machine - no need to enter your credit/debit card anymore it is all done on your registration number. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone.

For ladies travelling alone it could be abit scary arriving at parking area with no one else around - perhaps driver could wait a few minutes to check they leave ok ??

Entering was a bit slow as there were only 2 barriers available and people ahead were slow and perhaps waiting to speak to someone. Parking was easy to find and the transfer was timely. It was a bit expensive as all things are these days but I would definitely consider using it again.

Travelled on my own with 2 children and the parking could not have been easier! Number plate recognition meant as we approached the barrier my ticket was printed and dispatched in a couple of seconds, found a space to park easily and bus waiting for us to take us on the short journey to the terminal. Coming back the bus was waiting right outside the terminal, dropped us at the right zone in the car park and drove straight out. very easy and would recommend!

make sure when prebooking you enter your car reg correctly as now your number plate is electronically read and if as i did you make an error the gate will not open to let you in and you will have to take a parking ticket to gain entry and sort it out at the gate when you exit would litke to see more disabled spaces as i had to park a long way from coach pickup point..

Absolutely fantastic experience! The system recognised my cars number plate while entering and exiting the car park. I was at the airport withing 15 minutes after parking and back to car park within the same duration after my arrival at the airport.

Very impressed. Short wait for coaches and man on the gate friendly and helpful. Much cheaper online would use again and recommend.

Easy to find, easy directions to follow and felt happy to leave my car there. Reasonable fee and hassle free exit.

The signing in and out of the car parks especially in the dark is not that good - if you are tired or arrived from foreign parts and not familiar with the lay out it can be confusing /

Only desire would be for more frequent transfers. Also there was some confusion as ticket said Blue Zone and sign outside the terminal said Red Zone. This should be amended - it seems the tickets are incorrect.

Easy quick service which we have used on numerous ocassions. We have always praised the service and although we know the routine we watch and listen to the drivers assist those who are unaquainted with the procedures. Well done.

Parking in the Long Stay is very easy, especially when pre booked. Card in slot, parking section easy to find, bus waiting and quick drop off at departures. We use Long Stay a lot and although it would be cheaper to get someone to drop us off it really is easy and we don't need to inconvenience family or friends. Our only problem this trip was that because a call came in over the radio we, and some others didn't hear our drop off called on the way back to the carpark so we had to ask to do another loop! We like it so much we're off again tomorrow and will be using you again. It would be nice if it was a little cheaper - at Gerona (where we're going) it's only 4 euros a day. Have a think!!!!

arrived back in the dead of night, tired and weary. the coach driver back to the car park was hilarious, really communicating with the with the passengers and making all of us smile with his chipper nature and fun attitude. touches like that are rare and thus very much appreciated by this traveller

quick simple barrier entrance, easy to park, quick bus transfer to airport, just as easy coming back - bus waiting at the stop which then dropped me off at my stop area, got into car, enter card ticket at the barrier and away i left ;-) what more do you need simple, easy and effortless well done excellent service

I received a very good service, the only thing I would say could be improved as an automated confirmation of the booking. Other than that, service was great and so were the staff, it cost me a lot less then I thought as well. Beats taxi's and coach travel to and from airports any day!

takes the worry of other people not collecting you or delivering you to the airport. on the whole was as you would expect any car park. just a few improvements i can mention are. the car park signs dont have the name of the company who sell the space . it just says ' long stay car park' that might not sound like a problem but i remember the 1st time i used stansted airport and the parking service i wasn't sure if this was the correct carpark i needed to be in, well not until i drove all the way into the complex, (thank goodness though for sat nav). perhaps the pricing structure could be revised, my flight returned at 11.30 pm unfortunately for me i had to pay for another days parking because i wouldn't get back to the car until 12.30 am, a fairer system i would say is in multiples of 24 hours and not just charge per calendar day.. just small things as i intend to use their services again.

I would rather to see more parking staff around car park zones. When i arrived to UK last time I have had problem with my car. I could not start my vehicle and there was no staff to help me. Therefore I had to wait for a stranger who arrived and park on my zone. I was lucky to get someone nice and friendly and able to help me but it took a while.

What I like about Stansted Long Term parking is the smooth, trouble-free operation. When I return to my car, usually after midnight, the bus drivers are always so jolly. That helps to relieve the despondancy of a holiday finished.

I've booked parking at Stansted on several occasions and have always found it easy to book, instructions to the car park are easy to follow and are well signed, and buses are usually there waiting to transfer you to the airport. Return journey back to the car park is equally as easy and trouble free.
