My mother is partially sighted and travelled with us. I had to leave her sitting in the bus shelter as this was the only seating available. Because of the number of people waiting for the bus I had to leave her sat in the shelter to maintain my place in the queue for the bus. On the plus side it was a reasonable price for parking the car. From landing to finally getting into the car it took 1 hr 15 mins. I would use Stansted Pink Elephant again.

My purse was stolen on holiday and with it went my car park ticket and my credit card. This was not a problem for the Pink Elephant staff and they were very helpful.

Having used Stansted Pink Elephant for a four day and one week stay, I found the exit for the prepaid one week stay the most confusing and was delayed for 5-10 minutes due to vehicles not having the correct money or ticket to exit. The card paying on exit has three lanes and is very quick. Could the pre-paid have a dedicated exit lane CLEARLY marked. Otherwise a good service. I'll be back !!

No real problems other than I 'lost' my ticket temporarily at the exit barrier and couldn't get out! This was my fault and not that of Pink Elephant. Other than that it was easy to use and a service I would avail myself of again.

Although I recorded my parking area/zone on my ticket from the machine I did not record the actual line of parking resulting in some time taken to locate our car. My fault but it would have been nice to have space on the ticket with that info in mind.

Service, facilities and transfers are good to excellent. If convenience is the objective then there is no better deal. However, at around GBP 7 per day, it does not come cheap.

Only problem we've had is ticket machines not recognising pre-payment. But what the heck - we were on holiday and not easily stressed!

We were parked in Z park which was last for drop off despite room in lower car parks. We had to wait for at least half an hour for our bus to the Pink Elephant car park on arrival from our trip. In total it took us 1.5 hours to collect luggage and get to the car in car park. This is totally unacceptable - the flight home only took two hours! In preference we would not travel from Stansted.

The journey around the car park to get to the airport was too long.

We prepaid but information for prepaid persons was not clear on parking or in the terminal. Everything else was good, the coach transfer and the security of the car.

I was a little concerned about finding my way out and back to the M11. However the assistant at the checkout point was really helpful and very friendly in giving me directions....... considering it was quite late in the evening.

Overall, a very convenient and efficent service. The recently changed exit system using credit/debit card used for booking was marginally confusing.

Airport parking is hugely over priced, although Pink Elephant were competitively priced considering the average. Pre-paying was convenient and easy.
