Great car park - easy to book. Simple instructions to follow and no waiting time at the airport or for a bus to take you there!

Queued outside Stansted Airport in line for "S" coach, which was already in situ to pick-up people who were parked in earlier rows. This Coach leaves, we still await pick-up for our row. Second coach arrives, driver goes to first queue, alights from bus and then informs us that all coaches are dropping off at all points. Why was the second queue still operating? It should have been covered with a notice informing customers that all coaches were dropping off at all points. Also coaches should display on their destination boards where they are serving, some did - but all should.

I would definitely use every time I fly from Stansted and I usually fly to Alicante approximately 6 times a year. I think they should make their short term parking a bit cheaper which would be more competitive with the other parking companies.

Parking is essential for modern day airports - Pink Elephant works but it is expensive compared to similar facitilies at, say, Luton which would have been 75% cheaper!

On the whole it was a good service, always the first car park we look at when using Stansted Airport.

This is the 2nd time I've used Pink Elephant and I would use it again for leisure purposes. It does offer value for money, as long as you appreciate the extra time and distance involved.

While arriving back last Thursday I noticed a drunk passenger leaving the coach. When I reported this at the gate Pink Elephant staff were immediately responsive and alerted the police whom subsequently probably prevented a rather nasty accident occuring.

Very efficient service. Only waited very short time to collect bus to get to airport. Getting from airport was very good, only just missed one bus, another came along few minutes later. Recommended.

I found the signposting from the motorway confusing - sometimes it just stated long-term and we weren't sure if this meant Pink Elephant (it did). Otherwise everything was fine and easy to use. Buses frequent and convenient.

A well run and reasonably understandable operation although the ticket did not make it clear that you had to retain it for leaving the car park. I would certainly use this facility again.

Overall very good, helpful and friendly staff and drivers. Obviously if it was cheaper that would be nice.

Fist time I had used Elephant parking, feels like I had made the right decision, customer service was great and I have not experienced any problems while using the Elephant service.

Easy to find access from M11 (from London), well indicated, however, for prepaid customers, ticket machine did not recognise my credit card payment, therefore had to take another ticket to get in at 4am!! Luckily staff at the exit gate sorted my payment on presentation of my voucher (I was afraid to have to pay twice)!

The driver was not very helpful in announcing the stops. You had to keep a vigilant look out for the bays.

We booked in advance and found the instructions easy to use and therefore did not need to ask for any assistance. The transfer coach worked well for us both outward and inward bound. Thank you.
