OK as car parking goes - just a little disappointed on return that we had to queue so much.

We had a very long (over 30 minutes) wait for a coach to return to the car after our trip. The first coach driver saw us arrive and closed the door in our face and drove off. Two subsequent coaches were going to a different area of the parking area. Staff were rude and not interested in complaints.

Definitely the best car parking service we have used. Frequent buses, dropping off both near car and near airport terminal.

Fine in terms of entering and departing car park.

Good efficient service outbound. There were huge queues for some car parks on our return. Fortunately our queue was short but there would have been long delays for some travellers. Some caught our bus (not destined for their car park) and walked to their cars to avoid the long delays.

Offers good value convenient airport parking and efficient transfers. Meets my requirements so no negative comments.

Secure, well lit and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use Pink Elephant again.

Buses every few minutes. Never had to wait very long. Very good rates when booked on line.

Customer services good - I had made a mistake on the booking application by stupidly putting in the wrong date, but it was sorted out very well by your people at the car park.

There are regular buses going to and from the airport, but it can take quite a while till you get to your particular parking area.

It was good value for money and the transfers were simple and regular. The customer service could have been better at the the car park.

Very automated but efficient.

On a previous trip we were parked in Zone Z, but we forgot to write down which zone in Z. We spent 40 minutes looking for our car - your staff were very helpful. It would be useful when you send a confirmation to people regarding their parking that you put a note about writing down the details on the ticket - we had never done that before, the problem was the Zone Z is split from Z1 to Z8 (I believe). I did not even realise there was space on the ticket for that to be done. If you tell people right at the beginning they then have no excuse. Other to that, a good service.

1st Class Customer service. I forgot my phone, which I'd left in the car. The coach driver advised me to check-in first then took me back to the car park to get the phone from the car, then ran us straight back to the terminal, having waited for me. A very refreshing change to get such good service. Thank you.

Painless once you know how. It's sometimes easier to be first on a later bus than last on a crowded bus particularly if feeling a little frail after the night before or for any other reason. And you get a seat. Look for all the entrances available and not flock to the one everyone else is trying to get through both on the bus and into the airport. Keep luggage light for a speedy service and hold on round the bends!
