This was the first time I have used airport car parking and on the whole it was an easy, cost effective, efficient transaction. On arrival, early in the morning, I was slightly concerned to not see any security/attendents, but on return my car was safe and I saw no evidence that my car or any other car had been at any risk. The coach transfers to Stansted airport were speedy and prompt. I felt that when booking over the internet, there was a slight disadvantage over regular customers who were able to pay for their parking as soon as they stepped off the plane - this could be rectified by inserting flight number and approximate landing time on the internet booking form. Overall, my experience of Pink Elephant was a good one and I will definitely use this service again.

Staff at barrier were extremely rude and incompetant (almost smashed my car with the barrier!) Informed me that we hadn't booked properly and insisted on taking away our original paper documents. Would never recommend to anyone.

I have a couple of annoyances to report. Firstly, when I entered my credit card into the ticket machine as detailed, a ticket was not issued. I tried 4 times but without success. Eventually I had to press for a standard ticket instead of being issued with the pre-booked ticket I should have received (due to the queue of cars behind and my lack of time). At the terminal I immediately phoned the customer service number I found on the documentation. The person who answered was very polite and told me to go to the Airport Information Helpdesk after my holiday and they would ensure I was not charged twice. I re-confirmed with her that she meant the Airport Information Helpdesk INSIDE THE TERMINAL BUILDING. This was my 2nd annoyance as when I did as instructed, the men at the Airport Desk were unable to help. Despite explaining that I had been specifically told that they were the people to speak to with my problem they became dismissive and rude. I was instructed to go to the customer services at Pink Elephant. Here, the gentleman in the booth was extremely polite, very helpful and answered all of my queries. I was annoyed and delayed but I would use Pink Elephant again.

All in all, not a bad service, but when I returned I had to wait for 30 minutes for a bus as the first one filled up.

Friendly, easy to use service. Empty bus left as we approached stop, so next bus completely packed with lots of passengers standing. Would still use again though.

There was a queue at the airport and it was very crowded with late comers just pushing in. My husband was squashed out as he is a wheelchair user.

We had a flat tyre on our return & were impressed with the recovery services ease of getting in & out of the parking facility.

Arriving at 6:00 pm, we had to wait 40 minutes for a coach, along with 100's of others, so the coach was then overcrowded with not enough luggage room.

It was our first time flying from Stansted but not the first time of using Pink Elephant as we have used Heathrow parking before. There did not appear to be enough buses on for the return journey to our vehicle. On speaking to someone else in the long queue they told us that it was always like this. No complaints otherwise.

It is great to know that at the beginning of a journey when the stress levels are climbing that the one thing that is assured is that you will get a parking space and not miss your flight driving round in a panic.

Excellent service, however, automatic barrier would not accept my debit card after booking on-line, otherwise excellent and helpful staff at both barriers and on the busses.
