I have used Pink Elephant before and, as always, found it easy and convenient to use. Buses always clean and frequent with polite drivers. I would certainly use Pink Elephant again.

Easily signed posted, good directions, found easily, clean / regular bus transfer to and return. Will use again.

Everything fine as far as airport parking goes. Clearly marked designated areas (just remember which letter area and lane number you parked in for when you return!) Friendly staff on bus.

Seemless. Having booked on line the arrival was without delay. On our return after two weeks I could not remember which part of the car park my car was in! The bus driver was able to tell me in less than a minute! Getting on the road again was as effortless as our arrival. Thanks.

I found the map easy to follow and then there was good signposting. Everything was straightforward and a coach waiting for transfer to the terminal. On my return there was the inevitable wait for a coach back to the car park but once there I was soon out of the park and on my way. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you.

On arrival at the car park, I quickly parked at an open zone car park and boarded the awaiting bus. It was only afterwards that I realised that I had not taken note of the Zone that i had parked in. On my return, and following some unsucessful guesswork, I returned to the entrance for assistance in finding my car. The staff were most helpful and were able to tell me which zone I was parked in, much to my relief! I always use Pink elephant when flying from Stansted and find it convenient, tidy, and most of all receive excellent assistance from all staff members.

Dropped car off in indicated zone. Was picked up by bus immediately, direct transfer to terminal. Fantastic. Came back, waited in queue with two tired children for 40 minutes for a bus to the correct zone. Queue was now so large that we could just fit on the bus, was like those images of battery farmed chickens. Driver had clearly watched too much Top Gear and thought he was The Stig but in a bendy bus. Whilst I didn't want to be on a crowded bus for too long, I also didn't want to die!! Was last drop off in what must be the worlds largest car park. Went to gate and automated pre-pay system not working so had to find attendant to let me out. Total time from leaving airport to getting out of car park, one hour and thirty minutes. Awful. So if you want a quick transfer into the airport but are not bothered how long it takes you to get out, this is the service for you. If on the other hand you want to get away quick...........look else where.

The card reading machine would not recognise my credit card. The man I approached in the security office was very patronising and not helpful - had I put it in the right way? Did I know my card was bent? Had I let it get wet? Was I sure it was the right card? Coach driver on the way back had bad attitude and got into a row with another customer. Regardless of the fact the driver was right, it was not professional for him to engage in such a confrontational and rude way for the whole coach to witness. Having said all of that, I have used pink elephant before and would do again as it is easy to find and transfers are quick. I have however

Arrived 10/08 as mayhem struck Stanstead, due to terrorism threat but service continued superbly. credit card not accepted at the machine but sorted on departure. However on the 8pm return, waited 1/2hr in rain for next coach -packed yet other short/mid stay coaches empty-surely if big queue rearrange the coaches!!

With reference to the checking in time on a twenty four hour clock system. At the time of our flights it was at the time of the bomb scares. Although I have no problems with the security checks etc. My concern was that I could not get any information regarding the earlier checking as suggested or what would happen if our flight was delayed on return and then we would have incurred an extra charge for leaving the car park outside the time limit.Apart from that concern everything else was fine and would have no problems with using your service again.Kind regards, Mr. R. we had a great driver esp on return journey cheerful and giving clear detailed info. however our plane was delayed by 3 hours and we must have just missed a bus as we had to wait- and the journey to the car park seemed really long when you have tired children!

The only issue I had was that the information from my credit card did not come through and so I could not sue it to access the car park. However there was a staff memeber around at the gates and he explain what had happened etc and the person on the exit gate was very helpful when this was explained as well.

Took forever for the bus to turn up, waited for 30 minutes and then it was exceedingly overcrowded and we were unable to be dropped by our zone due to roadworks. Next time will use another car park.

Quick and efficient parking facilities and excellent bus service to and from the terminal, even on a late return flight. Would definitely use again.

No problems whatsoever. Everything you would expect from Airport Parking - straightforward. Friendly helpful drivers. Easy to book. Would recommend to others.

Evening arrival at Pink Elephant outward, midnight inward. Good service, convenience both ways. Would use again, especially if similar price available.

Pink Elephant is always my first car park choice at Stansted - consistently good service.

Fantastic and very easy to use. Make sure you bring the road directions as I forgot mine and there are no 'Pink Elephant' signs, just long-stay signs. Well-organised and easy to use. Bus there when I dropped the car off at 3am and on the return we had a 10min wait. Outside Stansted the signs say long-stay car park and not 'Pink Elephant'. But sorted that out quickly when I saw the Pink Elephant buses arrive. Simply Parking made a fantastic holiday even better!! will use again.

Clearly signposted, clean regular transfer buses to and from airport...no complaints whatsoever.

Didn't wait long for bus to transfer going or when we arrived back. Friendly drivers who clearly advise on drop offs. Would definitely use again.
