The biggest draw back is waiting for coach and time to get to your car as all you want to do is get home asap. Could it be arranged that at various locations you could enter in the registration and bus stop number so when you get back you can put your registration number in and you can find out which bus stop to get off at. Many people seem to forget and cause delays.

Whole experience was as i expected, other than impressive transfer service which i thought was really helpful.

Normally we have no problems with the Stansted Pink Elephant service however we were very delayed waiting for our return coach on this occasion, resulting in alot of disgruntled passengers. This was not not much fun as we were travelling for the 1st time with our baby son.

Generally good but phone contact needed so customers can ring. Also coaches were arriving and changing their car park destination i.e. (ABCGEF etc) without checking to see who had been waiting longest. e.g. 3 coaches arrived and changed the destination to Red Car Park and left us waiting.

As above having had a days travelling the last thing a traveller needs is to be delayed. waiting for a bus at the airport with 50+ other people to stand shoulder to shoulder while travelling on the bus, not a safe journey especially for the infirm. The payment system to leave the site was faulty and resulted in a number of irrate customers. The signs to get through the barrier to leave are very unclear.

Very convenient parking for the Stansted airport, well signposted, easy access to and from Motorway, also very reasonably priced. Will certainly use this service again.

I would use Pink Elephant again although the bus broke down, I guess this could happen to any service and did not spoil it for us.

Good. My husband booked the parking on his credit card, so I could not insert my card on entry. However, the clear instructions on the booking confirmation meant I knew exactly what to do and since nothing was required of me until I came to collect my car there was no hold up getting my flight. Excellent service - thanks.

We were very pleased with Pink Elephant parking, the instructions on getting to the car park at Stansted were very good and the car park was well signposted. The buses were frequent which meant you were not hanging about even after Midnight when we returned. All in all I would recommend to anyone.

I was on my own with two children and very worried about getting to the airport on time. Pink Elephant was easy to find and locate the bus stops. We didn't wait long for bus either way and the found car again on our return really easily. Not at all stressful and I dont think i shouted at my kids once. Brilliant. Thank you...!

Staff friendly.

It took half an hour (travelling time) for me to collect my car from zone F. The driver proceeded to zones ABC, he then drove right past zones DEF, on to MN then P whatever, returing to zone F, last of all. I was not amused at mid-night.

Everything went to plan and we were most inpressed.
