As soon as I parked, a bus was just pulling away from the stop. The driver saw us about 100 yards away, pulled up near us and let us board. On our return a bus was outside terminal and clearly marked. I will be using Pink Elephant Parking again.

Colour-coding is somewhat illogical and confusing. Likewise the fact that the N-carpark has got two aisles: once, very late at night, I almost did not find my car as I was searching along the wrong one (not realising that there were two).

Stansted Pink Elephant was easy to locate. There was plenty of space available, the bays were big enough for a large vehicle. Lighting was good, bus stops plenty and the bus service regular. All staff I met were helpful and polite. I have already booked for my next break in July.

Easy parking and instant transfer to and from the terminal. A very efficient and pleasing service. Thanks.

An easy method of booking. Not too far to walk and plenty of buses. Very easy to find Pink Elephant, which is not too far from the airport.

My car battery needed to be re-charged after my trip and one of the bus drivers telephoned for assistance and an AA driver was there in minutes to fix the problem, free of charge. I found this particular service very useful. As the last thing anyone wants after a long trip is to be stranded at Stansted!

Booked on internet, paid on internet, clear and accurate information and directions made a stress-free start and finish to our break. Will use again.

Coaches were waiting to take us to the airport and from the airport, very fast and hassle-free. Close to the airport, cheap and very easy to use. Excellent.

Bit confused by the exit procedure, as we had been delayed by a day and needed to pay extra.

Really pleased - as usual - we always seem to find the car first time and can just unlock and go!

The parking was uneventful and the car was looked after well for our week away. On returning to Stansted airport we discovered that the M11 had been shut due to a fire and then the staff really came into their own. The lady at the cash desk advised us to call in at the P E office and they would help us with a route back to Wales. The gentleman working there not only told us the way to go and warned of possible heavy traffic, but also drew a map directing us back to the M25. I really felt that this was service above and beyond the call of duty. It was certainly much more than we had paid for in our internet price.

A little displeased that the pick up bus collected 3 times from the blue stop, before picking up from the red stop, even then, went on to pick up from the blue stop which further delayed the return to our car.

The car park is fine. But very expensive considering how long it takes to get to the airport and back. On returning from our holiday the coaches taking you back to the car park were over-crowded - we had to wait for nearly half an hour to get on one. Irritating when you've got a long drive home!

Pity it's so far from the airport terminal and not enough busses, particularly in busy periods.

The car park is vast so the bus back was split into 3 services and therefore we had to wait 10 mins. Not too bad. Is it value for money? Hard to judge but there are a hell of a lot parked there - I wish i owned it! Can you buy shares?

From my arrival to my departure my family received excellent service. Firstly I pressed for a ticket that wasn't required having already pre booked my ticket. After phoning from the terminal I was told that it was not a problem and to enjoy my holiday. Having returned to an overly wet Stanstead I found that my car would not start. I then used the nearby intercom and spoke with a very friendly assistant who informed me that he would have someone with me within 10 mins. After waiting for 5 mins a security crew van drove past and stopped to ask if we were ok. He was most friendly and offered his services should we require the use of a toilet. As promised the AA turned out and fixed the problem free of charge. Not only that but he was kind and non condersending in pointing out that we had left the interior light on thus draining the battery and it was a common occurance. Once on the journey home I spoke for a good 30mins about my admiration for the company. A genuine pleasure and a worthy mention to anyone wishing to park at an airport. My thanks to you all.

I was impressed by the service provided and would probably use Pink Elephant again, although I thought it slightly expensive compared with other services used at other airports. Perhaps that was because I booked a little too close to departure date.

Excellent all round with no wait for bus.

Surprise at the number of cars queueing for entry at 0530 - early booking is the best way for peace of mind - relief at finding a coach waiting to take us to the terminal - ditto for taking us back to the long-stay upon return. Pink Elephant delivered on every aspect of the car parking experience - well done!

I have just recently returned from a trip to Italy and as it is a regular trip I always use Pink elephant at whichever airport I fly from as I have always found them to be safe and reliable. However on this occasion I have cause for complaint. I am a disabled customer and found the service to be lacking in consideration for the disabled. First of all the attitude of the first driver we came across on arrival was to say the least very abrupt to the point of been rude. I could not get onto the bus as it was full, this I accept, but when I asked the driver very politely when the next bus would be along he abruptly said it’s on it’s way and because he could sense my disappointment he then went on to tell me I’ve been on shift for 10 hours its not my fault the buses aren’t bigger, then drove off. The next driver was no better he would not allow my wife and I to get on the bus at the front so we had to struggle to the middle then he did not inform us of our stop he insisted that he had called out G & H (we were in G) we know full well he didn’t as others on the bus also confirmed stopped at E and without a thought to my disability made us walk back to our car from there. I know there are probably schedules to adhere to but would it have hurt for 2 minutes to return to the G section of the car park to aid a customer. Having had to do this I was in a lot more pain on my journey home 260 miles back to Plymouth. I have always recommended Pink Elephant Parking to my friends and family, but after this I would now be reluctant.
