Helpful website, straightforward payment, no delays for transfers and friendly staff.

A very useful facility,

Only encountered one problem having used the service several times. When returning from my last trip abroad I boarded the bus marked Long Stay All Zones. The driver then proceded to the long stay car park and to deposit people at the various zones. We were left on the bus and the driver was somewhat curious why we hadn't alighted. The reason was simply because he hadn't announced our zone, I got the impression that because we had parked for a period that didn't fit into the normal 7 or 14 days, he didn't expect to drop off at the zone we were parked in.

No problems with booking on website, everything clear and concise - Merry Xmas!!!

Usually fly further north from E Midlands or Manchester and get a similar service at a cheaper cost.

Generally OK, but it's all quite expensive versus the cost of the flight. The parking is often more expensive than the flight on the value flights!

Easy to find and well explained as to what to do when you get there and when you return.

Coach transfers were very prompt.

Car wouldn't start on return! Everything else pales into insignificance compared to that experience.

Please find somewhere a bit warmer to wait for the bus and a time table. apart from that all ok.

As far as it goes, the service is good. if it can't be cheaper, it really should be more frequent, but the drivers are great and it's nice to know there's a guaranteed space.

No complaints at all with the service. The only thing that confused me was that you have to go to the office on-site to validate your car park ticket to allow you to leave the car park. I ended up paying twice because we immediately drove to the ticket machine on departing the car park!!

Pink Elephant was easy to book. The staff were supportive on arrival and again on departure when our car battery was flat. We were niggled as we froze at the bus stop whilst watching the bus waiting at the previous stop because we didn't know whether to chance walking up there (Neither did the other twenty plus people in the queue).
