Can be difficult to find your car on return if you don't carefully memorise it's exact position before you leave, but the service was efficient and quick.

Experience was fine, no problems. I do think the fee is a bit high though for this Airport and get the feeling the car parks are taking advantage of a fairly captive audience to charge rather over the odds for what is actually being provided, especially in comparison to an equivalent airport like Luton.

Good value for money, no problems with transfers arriving or returning, I'd use pink elephant over and over again.

Long wait at Pink Elephant parking for bus to set off for airport. Very crowded bus on way back with a long wait in very hot conditions. A number of passengers were getting very irrate.

I was very pleased with the service from when I booked on line to when I left Stansted Airport. Full instructions were given on entry and exit which helped a great deal as I had not used my credit card before.

Easy parking no problem at all finding parking area, instructions very good. Would recommend Pink Elephant parking to all our friends. Signs very easy to follow.

I booked online but the entry machine didn't recognise the debit card, so had to get a timed ticket. This wasn't supposed to happen but was sorted out quickly when I returned by the man in the exit booth. Overall this is still the best parking available for the price.

On the whole it was good, on the return the bus took 25 mintues to arrive and was over crowded.

Check in with credit card good, staff polite and helpful. Will use you again would like to see the price come down a bit, but think that is unlikely.

Excellent service at Stansted. Nothing else to be said.

On the way out we were travelling at 3am. The service was fine. On the way back it couldn't have been more different. We waited over 40 minutes at the terminal for the bus. By the time it arrived the whole concourse was full of people. There was virtually a battle to get on the bus. We had a baby in a buggy and a very heavy case to get on board. There was no explanation from the driver or any other member of staff as to why there was one bus in 40 minutes, when there should have been 4.

Very impressed; Pink Elephant is a very well thought out efficient system for parking and transfers.

We found car park easily well sign posted and we found staff very helpful and cheerful even at 3 in the morning. Would definitely use Pink Elephant again.

Easy to book on e-mail, very efficient service.

Very crowded, uncomfortable transfers from the airport to the car park at peak times with long queues awaiting transfer. This could be improved. Stansted is poorly serviced by public transport from anywhere but London so I rely on car parking. However, this is not cost effective if staying for more than a few days. Could be a cheaper daily rate for longer terms stays.

Long wait for coach on return to airport. Expensive compared to other airports we have used, where service was just as good if not better.

No problems with booking, parking or catching bus to airport terminal. Very good service. Car OK when we returned, Great!
