Great to be able to come and go without needing friends/family to help drop off and pick up. Car park was orgainised well so minimal driving around to park. Driver on return bus was very friendly, a nice welcome back home.

Efficient payment using credit card, making entry and exit quick and easy. Coach transfers spacious and frequent.

Room for improvements are distance from car to coach pick up with luggage, time and wait for coach at car park (in cold). Good are closeness to pick up and Airport building, speedy transfer.

Reasonably priced, easily accessible from main road.

I have always parked in the Pink Elephant car park at Stanstead and found it to be very convenient for the airport. The coaches have been either waiting at the stop or we have not had to wait longer than five minutes for the next one to come along. I cannot compare the parking with any other car park system as I haven't had the use of them. I shall be using Pink Elephant again in the future.

It's my first time that I used Pink Elephant parking at Stansted and I was really pleased with everything. Really recommended!

Didn't have to wait long for the transfer coach in either direction. Paid in advance by credit card and entry and exit procedures were well documented and we sailed through with no problems.

Many people waiting at bus stops for transport back to Pink Elephant, Saturday evening 8 p.m ish. The wait was far too long. Many people complaining which was a pity as transport early in the morning was good.

The exit gates are confusing and should be re-signposted - we could not work out where people who had pre-paid should exit.

Excellent - will use again.

Relatively efficient and easy to use but poor supply of buses at 5:30 am meant buses were full and leaving people behind on a very cold and wet morning. Perhaps struggling with the pressure on first weekend of half term.

We did not speak to any car park staff so I have left that as an average rating. The prepaid ticket was good, we booked on line and the instructions were clear - apart from there was one section that asked if we were approaching northbound or southbound and I really wasn't sure - although we got it right by guessing.

Even though I pre-paid I had to queue behind cash payers. An independent fast track pre-payment exit is needed. I had to park furthest from station and weather was inclement, more stations strategically placed would be improvement, though basically average standard parking.

Everything was highly satisfactory. I was a bit worried in case my battery had gone flat during the week - but that would only have meant a walk to the gates to find help. Apart from that - no worries!

Access easy from the motorway. Coach transfer quick and readily accessible. Coach waiting at the airport when we returned but we had to stand as it was full.
