I can recommend this parking to anyone.

Driver was really helpful. Map very simple to follow. Bus arrived promptly. I have used the Pink Elephant Stansted service in the past and my only observation is that I have waited long periods of time for buses but not on this occasion.

After a long Journey home the transfer coach took a long time to come. When it came there were too many people on the coach with their cases. Children suffered the worse.

I had no problems here, everything was quick and easy. Recommended!!

Booking online meant no waiting in queues, everything is automated when you enter or leave the car park. Pink Elephant car parking was well organised and signposted so you could find your car easily when you get back to the car park. There was no waiting around.

The areas are always clean, good surface, regular shuttles to Airport. Bus stops clearly signed. Emergency phones, clearly marked would be helpful, especially to lone female drivers at night.

Good access from M11. Clear Directions in car park, clean, good quality parking areas with regular bus trasnfers.

Fast and efficient but a little expensive.

Pink Elephant car parking was well signposted, the attendants helpful, the transfer was smooth and you could not get nearer to the door of the airport!

Easy links to and from M11 make access to Stansted airport a pleasure. The Pink Elephant car park is well signposted even for the sole driver/navigator. Transport between the car park and the airport is clean, quick and efficient. We pre-booked via the internet. This assisted us in finding out what the best routes to the car parks were and additionally what the arrival procedures were. Pre-booking meant that at the end of our stay we knew in advance that the fee had been paid (no hunting around for local currency). Additionally the pre boking scheme meant that we had a speedy departure from the airport no queues to pay etc. We recommend the Pink Elephant car park at Stansted and will use it again.

I dropped my wife and kids at the airport with the luggage and then parked so as to avoid the hassle of carrying kids and luggage on and off the bus. Did the same on the return trip which was a godsend as it would have been almost impossible to manage bags and kids with a full bus. You have to remember to go back for the family though...or not!

Absoluteley fine service.

Well worth booking. Convienient car park, good staff lighting and security, however be prepared to wait quite a while for buses to pick you up on way home.
