All went very smoothly and quickly into airport, but with two small suitcases and 2 sets of golf clubs, found the getting on and off buses hard work as buses very crammed and lots of people trying to get off quickly, even though travelling at very unsociable hours. Would certainly use service again and ideal paying on line beforehand.

I am a regular traveller and find the services offered by Pink Elephant parking excellent. It was very simple to book the parking online. The confirmation of booking with map giving directions was very useful. There is a regular bus transfer To / from airport. Well Done!

Needed airport parking at Stanstead and Pink Elephant seemed the best compromise between convenience and price. Very happy with the online service, getting in and out of the car park was very fast and easy, didn't have to wait long for transfers, would use it again.

We travelled on one of the busiest days of the year (August Bank Holiday Monday), but Pink Elephant Parking was excellent - easy to find the car park, easy instructions for getting in & out etc. We waited only about 3 minutes for the coach transfers at either end, the transfer was quick with plenty of room on the coach. Overall an excellent experience.

Overall, very happy with the service. Just one slight niggle. When we returned to the UK all the signs from the Arrivals area for Long Term car park buses led us out to an area well away from where the buses actually stopped. We were not the only ones who waited some time in the wrong place before eventually finding the correct bus stop. Everyone coming out of arrivals ended up where we did and it was only when a couple of buses had driven straight past us that we all realised we were in the wrong place. Better signage would have been a great help.

Compared with parking experience at Gatwick and Heathrow this was the worst yet. Clearly dservice gets more expensive as departure date appears. Unfair as loads of space available. Did not appreciate transfer time or packed coaches, more needed at peak times/arrivals.

I would definatley book this car park again. Overall great value with easy directional signs in the car park . Also exit and entry barries simple and easy to use with no queues. Buses as usual do get busy and can become cramped , first bus was full so had to wait for a second which arrived with 10 mins .. so not too bad.

I always use the Pink Elephant car part whenever I go to Standstead. Its really easy to locate and cars are securely looked after. I've never had a problem there, and every time i've arrived there has been a coach waiting to transfer people to and from the airport. Can't fault them.

Departure - approx 50 mins wait in massive queue as everyone seemed to be at L carpark, ready to catch the first batch of early morning flights. Return - possibly due to building work, but bus stops seemed to be a mass of different queues. Price about par for the area. Location close to terminal, so quick transfers.

There were not enough buses to cope with demand to get back to the car park. A queue was formed by people waiting, some jumped it and it was not oraganised well, but then if you didn't you would have been stuck there for a while. A member of staff did try and get people on the bus when it arrived, but better oragnisation originally would have helped.

The car park was easy to get to. It was also a safe place to store my car especially because i got to keep my key's, i knew exactly where my car was the whole time i was away. The transfer bus was quick and easy both on arrival and departure of the airport. Pink elephant also offered the best value for money. I will definatly be using them in the future.

A car park is a car park. Easy to find a space ... but it is a long way from the Terminal and returning on a late flight we had to wait 10 mins for a bus and couldn't get on it! So waited for the next one, which was still overcrowded. They need more buses at busy times.

I always take my car to the airport and we probably travel out of Stansted about 3 times a year and so far I have never had a problem. The directions given are apt and simple to follow. The bus service is excellent and I must compliment the drivers as they are very helpful.

Have used this service before and would happily recommend it to all my friends for the ease of use and lack of beaurocracy.

Booked on the internet - couldn't be easier, all done on credit card simple to park. Great connection to and from the terminal. Will use every time we fly from Stanstead. Many thanks a great way to start a holiday.

This is the second occassion I have used Pink Elephant and had no problems with finding the park and transferring to the airport also, and equally important, only a short wait at the terminal to catch bus back to the car park. Gave me peace of mind whilst on holiday.

Everything went smoothly, followed the instructions and had no hitches, the car park was well-signed towards the open zone, regular buses and comfortable trasfer. The only thing that troubled me was an airport issue, where the signs in the terminal directed us to the exits to the left, but due to ongoing works, the stops were at the other end. Raining as usual when we got back!

The experience was very easy and straight-forward, which I liked. However, on the return, although it was easy to find the pick up point outside, there was a 30 - 40 min wait for any buses to come. When they did, rather than it only being for our section of the alphabet, everyone piled on, which meant it took much longer to drop everyone off, having gone round all the car parks. I would use the service again though.

I have used pink elephant on more than a few occasions, I really enjoy booking on line as I find this much quicker than having to drive to the airport and start from scratch. I have no complaints the service is very good and I wil contiune to use Pink elephant - I have also used you at Heathrow.

Easy to book, easy to find, tried to get in with a diferent card than I had used on line! Make sure you make a note of which card you use or you won't get in. Toilets at the main gate were useful and clean.
