The coach was disgraceful. I was getting on the coach with my wife who mounted the steps with a heavy suitcase, whereupon the doors slammed shut without warning, leaving her inside and me outside. She had no idea where the car was parked and so had to return to the airport once again, a process which took a further 30 minutes because the long-term car park is so far away from the airport. As a consequence we wasted an hour. Perhaps the driver is unable to see whether anyone is getting on, but there should at least be a warning that the doors are about to shut. I thought this was absolutely disgraceful.

because we were in a hurry we did not realise the importance of marking down the location, as the bus was about to go we rushed to get on, may be you could issue a ticket or announce a warning before the bus departs IE customers are reminded to note we are leaving area A3.

Although I had already paid £37 for my parking, on leaving the car park I was charged an additional £46.80. This is due to be refunded but in the meantime I am out of pocket and I had to waste time writing to the company to get my own money back that should not have been debited.

Did not meet any of the car park staff so unable to answer that question meaningfully. Otherwise, I found the service to be very good - transfers to and from the car park were prompt and efficient. I have used the Pink Elephant car park on many occasions in the past and will continue to do so because it is very convenient.

The entire process, from booking on the internet, following the map to the park,the transport to the terminal building and the return transport after our trip to Berlin, was excellent. The entrance process, using a credit card and then receiving a ticket that you then used to get out, was a much better idea that queueing up in a portakabin and waiting apound. Highly recommended!

Happy with the service although the bus was full on return to the car park which meant a bit of difficulty when getting the cases off. It was worth paying the extra compared to parking further away just for peace of mind with keeping the car keys and being able to find it easily in my opinion, but all parking seems expensive to me.

There was an unacceptably long wait for the coach transfer back to our car. Whilst waiting, several other coaches for other sections of the same car park, came and went. By the time a coach turned up, the queue was that long that not even half the people in the queue could get on the bus.

Instructions for finding and entering the car park were very clear, all sections were marked so there was no problem find the right area. A bus arrived quickly and it was an easy ride both to and from the airport. On the return journey our flight was delayed and we were assured that we would not have to pay extra on our return. We would certainly use them again.

Found the car park with ease, entered card details into arrival barrier again with ease all from the clear instructions on the internet. Maybe when you board the bus you could be issued with a reminder slip as to which car park your in with a space to enter your line number. As following a rather boozey holiday my memeory was a bit cloudy.

To anybody reading this review - go for it. Directions spot on to find it, no chance of error. Simple machines at gate Clear signs for where to park Plenty of spaces Buses frequent to and from airport Way up the cost of a bus/train/taxi to the airport and add the hassle factorin! This is door to door of pleasure. Book me in for next time please!

Overall, while it is ridiculous to have to pay more for leaving one's car at Stansted (or even the cat/dog on a cattery/kennel) than the cost of a flight to the ends of Europe, Pink Elephant does not do badly. But the lighting in the parks is hopeless, & there is confusion at the terminal on arrival, because the signs are not clear - no one told in advance about the Yellow or Blue 'bus, & it is so easy to go the wrong way!(With heavy luggage too).

Allow plenty of time to get from carpark to airport. the buses coming back from airport to carpark were really full and passengers with buggies and suitcases obliged to stand all the way and in some cases had to get off buses to allow fellow passengers off at each bus stop.

Instructions on how to get there were very clear and easy to follow. Buses to and from the terminal were frequent, didn't have to wait long at all on our return, despite a queue. I did read other customers feedback prior to booking and through that remembered to make a note of where I parked! So no problems finding the car!

Although pre-paying I didn't read instructions and collected ticket at the Barrier. However the exit went smoothly as the operator at the barrier just checked my form and raised the barrier. A seamless exit after our journey and the easiest part of it.

Recently came back from Berlin at 11pm and found we had lost our car key. When I talked to the staff they were quite friendly and drove out to us to deliver a business card for an automotive locksmith. I tried the number and there was no answer. Further calling around yielded no responses. We had to "sleep" on the ground in Stanstead Terminal until the morning when I was able to get hold of a locksmith. Who finally arrived and cut a key at around midday. I terrible experience to end a great weekend away. It would be great if Pink Elephant Parking was able to team up with a local locksmith who can guarantee 24hour service.

Probably airport fault rather than yours, but ig confusion about where to queue and which queue to join. Also, potentially confusing to code queue by zone letter (which eveyone notes when they park, or else they can't find their car!), and by colour, which people genrally don't note down when they park. Having to queue for 20 minutes or more was deptresssing at the end of a lon flight.

Everything great - well sign posted, prompt transfer buses with helpful and cheerful staff and cheaper than other Stansted airport parking quotes. You need to remember your colour and location letter/number to get on the right bus back from the airport, which can be a bit taxing after holday relaxation and I couldn't remember whether I needed to insert my credit card again at the exit barriers - but all I needed was the car park ticket!

Arrived back at stansted and had to wait over 2 hrs for our luggage therefore didn't leave the airport until 2.15am and the bus driver wasn't very obliging. He said he was dropping off only but eventually picked up our party of 12 and more and returned us ti the car park.

The signage @ the aiport is misleading when you exit at the far end of arrivals , I got the impression that the busses stopped nearby....the walk was far greater than anticipated .Busses left half full,waits between services meant a scramble to get on a bus by the large crowd that had gathered.

We had an interminable wait at the terminal before a transfer bus arrived to take us to our car and it is quite a long way from terminal to car park. The last time I used Pink Elephant at Stansted we had the same problem. It appears there is insufficient staff on duty after 6.00pm
