Booked for a weekend. Directions in confirmation email were excellent (Past Hilton hotel and turn left). Bus transfer to the airport was prompt and efficient. The return journey was overcrowded (although at peak time) and took a little longer. I would recommend Pink Elephant parking wholeheartedly.

Car park should be better lit with clearer directions on how to actually get out. We had about 15 minutes to wait for the bus which seemed a bit long, and we didn't manage to get a seat - it took about 10 minutes which is a while to be standing up and balancing your case and bags.

It was so easy and stress free, from booking on line to arriving, parking and catching the bus which turned shortly after we got to the bus stop. The return to the carpark was easy, there was a bus there and waiting as soon as we came from the terminal, easy exit from the car park. Excellent

very easy and straight-forward. Got there (follow the long-term parking signs), inserted the credit card at the machine, parked the car, hopped on the shuttle bus. All in all it probably took me less than half an hour to get to the check-in. Same on the way back.

Excellent value for money!! Parked in well lite area and had know trouble finding the car park with the directions suppiled. Transfers where almost imediate both inward and outward bound journeys.Highly reccomend and would without a doubt use them again even without comparing prices.

As soon as you arrive at the car park, you're directed to the zone in which to park. If a bus isn't there already, there'll soon be one to take you directly to the terminal. On the way back is just as simple, wait at the stop for your zone and then just get on the bus. This service was great and really good value for money. I highly recommend the long stay parking service and will definitely be using it again.

Prompt bus service, parking secure. Easy to get in/out of carpark in the early hours. However, when a few flights arrive at similar times people can be left with a long wait for a bus if it comes and there is a long queue. You need to wait for a second or third bus which can be infuriating as run every 15 or so minutes.

good clear directions, easy to operate entry/exit with pre pay system. The car park is quite a long way from terminal, which is not a problem but customers should be made aware so as to leave plenty of time for checking in, esp with heightened security.

I found the car park very easy to find and park, I felt very safe driving in at 3am on my own, it was well lit and lots of cctv, the coach stops are very close to the car so not far to walk with heavy cases!. Make sure you write down where you park the car ie which car pak and row so that you can easilly find which bus you need to take you back to your car.

Bus stop not clearly marked, as we jumped on first bus, ended in mid stay not long stay. Driver did not announce at anytime destination.Dropped off to return to airport, walked further down to longstay stop. This driver repeatedly said where he was going.

This is not a criticism just an observation.Whilst you operate a regular bus service to the terminal when arriving back at the airport after your trip it always seems that the buses take some time to get to you and fill very quickly often requiring a further wait for another bus. On this occasion we were lucky enough to be in the "Yellow" section and a bus was waiting and was not as overcrowded as the blue and red sections of the carpark. Maybe there should be less drop offs per bus and the experience would be a efficient as last mondays drop off.

internet details directions spot on, lighting could be better as returned at 11.00pm finding,markings to where car was left at night not so good. on return driver not as helpful as could have been (end of day?) luggage thron out of racks when cornering would use again

On approach to Stansted Airport there were no Pink Elephant signs until we were inside the parking area causing some confusion as to whether we were heading for the correct car park,also the approach signs showed medium stay and long stay and as there was no indication on our booking confirmation as to which category our five day stay was in this caused further delay and confusion.I hope this will be clarified in the future.

The journey time from arrival at the park to arrival at the airport was well within the published maximum. Advance payment by card could not be simpler, particularly on return.- Some people were collecting their cash together to pay at the cashpoint because of their parking method.

Car park was really easy to find, directions were great and it is sign posted very well. Were greeted on arrival as pre-booking facillaties were not working. The member of staff was extremely helpfull and friendly and told me exactly what to do then and when departing. Found a spot right near the bus stop, the bus was there when we parked. Got to the airport in about 10 mins, if not less. On return bus again was waiting and again took aroung 10 mins to get back to car park. It was night but the car park was very well lit, if I had been on my own I would have felt very safe. The member of staf who had to check my pre-book reference was not as friendly as the one on arrival but it was 11.30pm! Would definately use pink elephant parking again. Stress free and didn't have to think or worry about anything. Great value for money too.

We found the parking system very simple but effective and the frequency of shuttle buses was superb (although there was a slight wait when returning from the airport). The only issue was exactly what to do for pre-paid bookings at the entry gate but your very helpful staff advised us of this.

two differing pieces of information were given in the online information regarding exiting the site. The reality is easier than the instructions and having placed the ticket in the slot you drive straight out and not as advised going to a blue kiosk.

Not bad - your drivers need revision courses in customer service. When we were travelling to our destination a bus arrived at our stop full of returning holiday makers-we waited till those who wanted to get off did so and then with our heavy cases we got on - only to be told that bus was not going to the terminal and would we please get off. Your drivers sense of humour at eight o'clock in the evening was not appreciated.

To stand on the bus going back to the car park was a mightmare as we had 2 young children and had to keep getting off the bus with a couple of suitcases to enable other people to get their luggage off and nearly didnt make it at one stop. Other than that i will use Pink Elephant again

The parking zone was easy to find and didnt have long to wait for bus to terminal.I stupidly managed to forget my car keys(i had left them in boot lock!!)Didnt realise until I arrived in Rome.Made a frantic phone call to the admin office and found staff to be extremely helpful.A patrol vehicle went immediately to look.Keys were located and I was phoned back promptly and told they were safely hanging in my office until my return.Really feel my vehicle was properly looked after.Thanks guys
