We travelled at peak time. we arrived to find hundreds of people queuing for transfer coaches to the airport. foryunatelyu we did not wait too long but the coaches were packed. we have never experienced anything like it. We had a very long wait in the cold, on our return for a coach back to the carpark.

When we arrived at the parking area there were at least 300 people waiting for a connecting bus service to the aiport terminal. The queue was so bad that i immediately left that car park and moved to the Eparking facilities where the connecting bus service was waiting for me. Because of this i incurred an extra £110 parking fee!!. My experience of Pink Elephant is not a good one and i would never use them again. I am sure that this is not always the case but our family would have missed the flight check in times if we had stayed in that queue, even though we arrived two hours before the scheduled depature.

The whole service is overpriced compared with Gatwick where you can get valet parking for £43 for a week with Maple Manor. The transfer to the airport was fine but coming back we waited for 20 minutes for a coach to arrive to take us to our sector of the carpark. If I had a map of the carpark I would have got on the first coach and walked to my car

Once we parked the car, a bus took us to the airport within 10 minutes. The bus is spacious, so no problem with seating and storing the luggage. On our return, there was a bus waiting and we were back in our car again within 10 minutes. Left the car park quickly without any difficulty at the barriers. We'll certainly use it again.

We were a bit late when we parked and didn't make a not of where we had parked - the blue/red/yellow ticket scheme really helped as we were able to recognise where we had parked from the bus, but some reminder as you get on the bus as to which stop you are getting on at woudl be useful - the queue was too long for us to have seen any notice at the stop itself so a reminder when we got on the bus would have been very handy

having used Pink Elephant parking off and on for a number of years , on this occasion i mislade my exit ticket and parking ref letter. the staff located my car within minutes.. drove me to it.. and made sure that my exit from the car park was completed successfully. MANY THANKS TO YOUE STAFF!!

As a single female traveller arriving late at stansted i felt a bit nervous walking round the car park looking for my car. As my car was parked at the bottom at the car park next to trees, the only space available when I parked the car, I felt very uneasy.

All in all a hassle free booking for a very secure carpark at a competative rate. The only downside, which is very minimal, was space on the shuttle buses and having to wait a few minutes for the next one to arrive. Don't know if we simply experienced a peak in the number of travellers parking, or if this is the norm. However only had to wait 5mins.

Pre-paid for parking, and everything went smoothly. Entered credit card at barrier, the machine recognised my booking and distributed the parking ticket. Bus turned up within five minutes to take me to the airport (about a five min journey). The return trip was just as easy!

Paying by credit card did not work properly. Booking did not show my card number. When I put my card in, it was returned after a few seconds and the button flashed to press, although instructions were NOT to press, therefore unclear what to do. I pressed and got a ticket. Ticket wouldn't work when we tried to leave and had to reverse and go to a manned exit and show our receipt. The man here sorted it. Your instructions should be clearer.

Easy to find, lots of space, sheltered bus stop to wait in, frequent transfer to airport which only takes a few minutes. Gets very busy, packed onto bus, dificult to get off if you're first off and sitting at the back! Remember to write down the bus stop you got on when you parked up on your ticket, makes life easier on your return

arrived back on a dark rainy night only to find we stupidly did not log down our parking area on departure, within a few minutes we were approached by a parking attendant who happened to be driving around waiting to help people like us, he took us straight to our vehicle - thank you what fantastic service

This worked very efficiently. Easy to follow instructions to find and use. Only problem was that my wife booked the parking and I was the one taking the car to the airport alone. I had to take her credit card with me which meant that she did not have it for 2 weeks. This was a problem for her, but not for me!!. Many thanks for the service you offered.

I had no problems with service and found the web site straightforward and esy to use (unlike some!) It seems an expensive option but as all the parking companies seem to be roughly the same price not much we can do about it! The parking was easy as was the routing to the parking areas. Road works outside the longterm park caused some delay but this is outside the control of the park operators I guess!

The only hiccup we experienced was that it wouldn't accept my visa card at the barrier, therefore we had to gain a parking ticket, but when returning from holiday, we passed this parking ticket and our pre-booked confirmation to the steward at the control box and everything was fine - a very smooth process, we always book parking at Pink Elephant when travelling from Stansted.

w We arrived back on a damp windy night.The wait for the bus at the airport was rather long.The location of our car was difficult to find because of poor lighting and lack of clear marking of bays.Altogether a miserable experience.I doubt that I would use your sevice again, but for the lack of viable alternatives.Please address these issues!

I have given a low mark for Transfer because on our return at 7pm we boarded a bus that did not actually go to our zone we had thought all buses went to all zones, this may have been an over sight by us or not clearly shown by you,there were 10/15 plus people who also had got on a wrong bus!(maybe sign on side of bus would help) having said that the driver of the bus then took all of us to our designated points with no fuss, hence, full marks for service. the lighting was ok, we arrived home when it was dark and found our car fairly well.

Everything went well, till I entered my credit card into the machine (as per instructions for pre-paid parking). I pushed in the card, but the barrier didn't lift, and then I had to push a button to get through - although the instructions said DON'T press the button. On exit, I went to the manual processing booth, to make sure my credit card wasn't debited a second time. Don't know why this happened, but would like clearer instructions please. Thanks.

organisation of the queue to get back to the parking was terrible. We were asked to move to the doors to the back of the bus and then told that we could not get on even though if people had been asked to move along the bus there would have been space. The bus was not overloaded. 4 people were left at the bus stop and we had a 20 minute wait in the cold for the next bus. AWFUL! The trip back went all around the car parks and revisited routes already taken. I am getting a taxi next time

The car park was fine, the directions to the carpark excellent and the entry procedure simple and well described in the e-mail. Our only issue was that the bus to return to the carpark was seriously delayed and two turned up at once. Apparently due to drivers being off sick.
