Staff were very helpfull, even more so when we had to contact them because we couldnt remember where we had left our vehicle??? were in wrong car park, they offered to send a bus round but we done it on foot, didnt want any more embaressment? Although pink elephant is primarily a long stay car park, I booked for a long weekend and they were the cheapest around! Transfers to the terminal were regular in their huge bendy-buses which can accommodate quite a lot of passengers. It was easy to find and instructions were clear and concise on booking. I had no problems at all and would be happy to recommend. LISAxx

Different bus stops for blue / yellow etc but bus seemed to go to all places so therefore waiting at wrong bus stop. On exit of car park one automatic late out of order, but you only found out when at barrier and had to reverse back out with misted up car. If cones had been put out by attendant this would not have been neccesary.

This is so straight forward and and provides a very friendly service. Easy access to the car parks and regular bus service to ferry you from and to the airport. Inexpensive and convenient, so why bother with alternative forms of transport when you can do it yourself.

Would have been excellent if not for the curtness of the staff when i could not find my ticket to exit car park,i'm sure i'm not the only person who has had this misfortune. Everything else the parking facilities, coach transfers were fine and good value for money.

There are cheaper car parks on offer near Stanstead, however if you do not know where they are you may not find it, as happened to one of our friends (who nearly missed their plane) We park at Pink Elephant regularly and have always found them helpful, friendly and efficient.

Pink Elephant? Long Stay? Is PE the only LS carpark operator? Or are there others? Arriving back I looked for a Pink Elephant bus stop....but found none....the clue was the long stay carpark area colour and code....but was this the PE bus stop? One name only please

Missed my stop to return to my car off the shuttle bus as driver was not clear -"anyone going to Q?" was taken by me as to wether or not he had to go there, not that i should get off as the next stop was Q, he did not seem v pleased when i realised i missed my stop, did take me back but a bit grudgingly. Otherwise i was happy with the experience.

We followed directions printed from internet to entrance to long stay car park. We then had to search for a sign to ensure it was in fact the Pink Elephant site I could only see a sign behind me nothing as I approched. I could have missed signage but if I did so will others

very good directions to car park, went up to barrier placed my card that i booked with in to machine, a parking card was printed, with which zone to park at, followed the directions which where well posted in the car park, found my zone, parked my car, anywhere within the zone, took my luggage out, locked my car, walked over to bus shelter, bus was sitting there, and i was in stansted airport within 10 mintues of locking my car. on return a bus was outside, took me to my car in the same time, got of at the bus shelter at my zone,(shelters are marked by numbers make sure you see your shelter number), back in my car,(no waiting for anyone to find my keys etc,,etc,as we had our own), drove around to exit, placed the car parking card in the machine, barrier opened and away you go. great car park no hassle and very cheap.

I found the car park easy to find and simple to use. I got to the airport with no fuss or bother. On return the signage in the airport is not clear and I exited by the wrong door and nearly boarded the wrong bus. The bus trip was uneventfull and I found my car easily. Exiting the car park was also easy.

I turned up earlier than I had specified because I was concerned that I hadn't left enough time to get through security checks at the airport, I called the helpline and although the lady I spoke to couldn't change my times (because it was a next day booking and they can't do that for some reason) she was helpful and pleasant. I was of course, very pleased when my extra hour and a half was not challenged and my costs for parking stayed the same. ,, n't change my times (I spoke to a nice lady on the phone) because it was a next day booking,

I have recently found Stanstead parking getting expensive compared to Gatwick and even some of the off site parkingt at Heathrow. But if you are determined to use Stanstead then this is one of the cheapest and efficient of the alternatives. Summary Not cheap but efficient.

This trip, I parked in daylight and retrieved the car in daylight and everything was easy ... I cannot comment on lighting or customer service as did not have to use either. caution if you use internet,to make note of card used to pay immediately ... as this info was not on my confirmation.

Well signposted so found the site easily even though l'd never driven there before, also directions supplied on email confirmation were really handy and spot on. Regular buses offered to the airport so didn't have to wait around long which was useful as we arrived at the parking site at 4am in the morning! Felt completely confident that my car was safe and managed to find it easily as the sites were well referenced. The only service that was missing was car cleaning, l definately would have taken up that offer!

Alternative to trolleys you have to unload at bus stop and partner has to go and get car, which late at night can be scary for the ladies waiting at bus stop.That is if you have partner!!. My wife did just this a waited at bus stop at 2am in morning, but your security man did check if she was ok.

There were no problems getting there and back, the transfers were quick and frequent. The only thing which wasn't great was that place to wait for the bus, it was very cold and not large enough to fit everybody who was waiting. Would recommend it though.

Close to the airport with reasonably efficient service to the aiport terminal. Somewhat gruff, non-communicative transfer bus drivers both ways, not easy to understand either. Also better instructions as to how the car park functions (on entry and exit) would have been useful for first-time users. Sign posting was not easy to follow.

We always use the long-term car park anyway, but found the recent price-hike quite prohibitive. Booking in advance online saved quite a bit of money. We have at times found that we have had to wait for a bus quite a long time, especially when leaving the terminal on arrival back at Stansted.

Yes it was good value for money and the staff are all helpful and friendly. I would use again, Down side we now no what its like to be a battery hen. This was on the way home. If you was the 1st to get of the bus and was in the middle everyone had to get off to let you out it was that packed and then they would get back on, I think there was a few sore shins on our coach. Apart from that I can't fault them.
