Going to the airport great, coming back is my complaint, the driver was terrible he went around corners like he was a racing driver plus every pot hole in the road he found, which ment the cases above my head on the rack kept falling off and I was saved a couple of times by other passengers from my head being damaged because I tell you now I would be taking this matter further if they had. The driver took no consideration we had just got off a flight and we were hungery and tired like he was but that was his job. If he wanted to go home by a certain time he should arrange his shift proberly. By the way there was a pregnant person beside me I am suprised she did'nt throw up (as you can tell I am not impressed with the driver going home PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HAVE A WORD WITH HIM) FROM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. It would be a shame if you did nothing about this chap, as his driving will will continue to be bad till something is done.

I had 4 suit cases and a baby so a trolley would have been REALLY helpful. Also only saw staff at the gates so what if something happened when you are in the car park and need help? It was fine overall though, lady on the gate was sweet to us and didn't complain when we went to her instead of to one of the automated gates!!

Generally the parking is easy and really good value for money. The only frustration is the wait for the transfer when you return from your trip - though we have never waited that long. It just seems longer because you have been cooped up on a plane!! We use Pink Elephant regularly for the security, reliability and good value.

On the way out the machine did not recognise our card and on proceeding to the kiosk the attendant could not find our details. Eventually, we were able to supply our cumstoment reference and we allowed to leave, however, I still have some uncertainty as to what we were finally charged.

On return journey, driver announced the parking i.e. F, G, J, K Q and a couple of customers queried why he hadn't gone to H (thinking they would be done in alphabetical order!) The driver was quite rude in his reply by stating "I will announce H when we get to it!" Perhaps a note on the booking forms to say the coach does not necessarily go round in alphabetical order would be useful. Otherwise service was good.

Sometimes it can be confusing being dropped back at the right section... and if you get off the bus at the wrong stop then there is little pedestrian access to walk across the car parks safely. Otherwise, very efficient and good price. Always use Pink Elepephant at Stansted

The price was very reasonable. The directions were good to the Car park. Clear instructions to available parking. Plenty of buses to transfer, which was done quickly to the terminal. I felt sure that my car would be safe. I felt in all that it was a good, painless experience and would recommend anyone to use this facility.

We have booked with Simply Parking over the last two years. Recently I went on line and booked parking for three holidays at 3 different airports. The first car park experience at Stansted was excellent as rated above. We leave for our second car park experience today at Luton. We have high expectations of the service from Simply Parking and have confidence and trust that our expectations will be met. Well Done- and it's good value!

No sooner was one bus full than there was another waiting both going and coming back. Only problem was the passenger who left a large case in the middle of the floor near the doors which kept moving around on its wheels and hitting those standing.Owner was sitting somewhere and couldn't care less.

Everything was very so easy to do and at a very competative price. My only grumble if you can call it that was that on return there was no easy way of finding the place where you have parked after a long journey. The ticket given on arrival should clearly state this. Please note that this is not a complaint at all but a mere suggestion. Thank you for your service I shall return

Pink elephant is reliable, safe and efficient. Transfer to the airport is prompt, staff are helpfull. However there is no real alternative to pink elephant parking at stansted (at least none that i've found) so having no competition it is pricier than parking at other airports where there are other companies offering long stay alternatives.

Highly recommended service, fast entry to car park using original booking payment card, parked close to bus stop, transfer bus arrived within 4 minutes. On return, transfer bus was already outside terminal. Only slight grievance was that we were the last drop-off zone, but i guess someone has to be!!

Arriving, pre-booked, at Stansted long-stay car-park I found instructions confusing. I fed in my credit card and the instruction read 'press button'. But our written instruction had told us not to. What to do? We were confused, as were several fellow parkers nearby. More clarity in the instructions please. From where we were parked we walked to the nearest visible bus-stop. We were roundly rebuked by the driver for going to the wrong bus-stop. Eventually we found that there had been a sign to the bus stop, but at an angle invisible, even by daylight, from where we were parked. More clarity in the sign-posts please. On returning we found it difficult to find the apropriate bus-stop. It was far from the airport exit doors marked long-stay parking. There was nobody to ask. More clarity in the signs please. The bus when it came was over-crowded, and we were all cold and wet from the wind and the rain. More buses please, and a sign indicating how long there was to wait, so that we could have sheltered inside the terminal, please. Jolyon Kay

The directions to the car park were easily to follow, once there the car park appears very secure and the bus was there waiting for us as it was when I first used this carpark. The journey to the airport was quick and easy. On returning I just missed a bus and still only had to wait 5-10 minutes. Brilliant!

Even though it was in the longstay carpark it was much cheaper than most of the other services who gave very similar services. Coaches were always available although coming back it took time especially going around from zone to zone. The drivers are very informative and friendly. Just make sure you remember where you parked! Best thing is that you are dropped off and picked up right outside the airport. Good Value around

Because I had used my credit card to book in two cars this caused a logistical problem for enter the car park using the credit card. This could have caused a major headache, but the office staff were extremely helpful and the alternative arrangements they suggested worked like a dream. The drive from the airport pickup point took a long time. We have had faster returns to our car by using an off airport car park.

I was slightly fooled by this car park as I had assumed that it was a private car park, instead you are pre-paying for the main long stay. It is quite easy to find and there is loads of space. My concerns were that it looked easy to come and go and given it's size, may be less secure than places I've used in the past. Also, when arriving back in the country, queues for the buses get v. long

We recently flew from Stansted (Nov 29th) and had to be in the airport by 5.30 am. Had no problems with the car parking and everything went smoothly. Only had to wait about two minutes for the bus. Good service and evidence of staff around the car parks. Very good and we will use again in February when we fly out from Stansted again! Make sure you always write down your area and row number BEFORE you leave the car park as it is a huge site.

It was a pleasant experience - normally one I don't enjoy! I didn't board one coach as it was not parked up at the stop for Zone F but then found that the coach I did board that was parked up at the stop for Zone F went to all the areas anyway, so maybe I could have boarded the earlier one!

I have always found the coaches and staff pleasant and efficient.I guess its not until you have a bad experience that you find fault and human nature being what it is some will then find fault with everything.It has't been my experience and this time through you I thought it was fair value comparing the cost of taxis and petrol for round trips,let alone the cost in CO2 emissions etc.
