after trying to leave via wrong barrier i was told how to go to right barrier quickley and safely to speak to someone who was very cheerful and quickley and politely sorted my problem, out and wished me safely on my journey will certainly use your facilities again

we were running late. the car park was directly off the M11. There was no fuss. We parked, got on the bus and within minutes we were at the airport. I ordered our space online and all had to do was put my card in the machine to enter the car park. we did not have to get out the car. excellent service.

All went smoothly, easy to find a spot, no wait for the bus on the way out, a 5 minute wait for a bus on the way back. Transfers took a few minutes, and both busses pretty full, standing room only. Stressed out because we had taken the wrong credit card, but the nice man on the desk dealt with that quickly and without fuss. Overall, a very good experience.

I was only having a three day break, travelling with a friend and my two children. The service offers good value for money although I wouldn't like to see it get any dearer. There was very little waiting time once boarded on the bendy bus. I would always recommend it for anyone taking a short break.

Can't comment on customer service by car park staff as we didn't have any contact with them. The coaches were quite good and the service fairly quick. In general we were satisfied with Pink Elephant and would be happy to use them again. Please do not use my name on your website.

I turned up at 5.30am and parked the car, there was already a bus waiting at the bus stop, transfer time was around 5-10 minutes. The same can be said for my return journey, there was a bus waiting at Stansted, so I was back to the car in less than 30 minutes from stepping off the plane.

we have used this service many times and find the whole experience a very easy one. a couple of times we have mislaid the car so maybe more signs telling you the Row numbers would be an advantage. you always think you will remember exactly where you lef the car and even though we write down the zone and row number on our ticket the signs are not always easily visable especially at night and when its pouring with rain

We found the instructions confusing. They were not in very good English.We phoned and were told that we had to enter the code on the booking form. This we still found confusing. After a further phone call it was explained that we only had to feed in the same credit card that we had used to make the booking(with no code).

We have only used Stansted parking twice (usually go to Gatwick), but Pink Elephant has become our motto now - have already booked for June. Completely stress free, bus stops are always nearby and we know the car will be safe in the car park on our return.

I arrived just before 5am. The barrier wouldn't recognise my card, and it took nearly five minutes, and two different entry points before I was able to contact a member of staff...this was not a nice way to start my holiday. Whilst the buses were brilliant, this experience, combined with the hassle of having to stop at the staffed lane on my way out, made me feel that I did not receive good value for money. Next time I will definitely consider parking elsewhere.

Its been a great experience,very happy about everything, the only thing that went wrong was that the machine when i arrive it didnt read my credit card, then i went to the office and they explain me what to do, but apart from that its been great, and i will definetly use this service again. For a first time user it was not made clear (unless I missed the info) that I had to have the credit card I paid with on line in order to access the car park. Fortunately I had it in my purse. There was a long wait on our return (about 20 minutes) for a bus to take us back to the car park. Standing in the wind and rain outside the airport was not very pleasant. There was a really long queue and the bus driver spent an overly long time (about 8 minutes) chatting to parking staff on the pavement when the bus was full anyway. We were already 3 hrs late getting home because of the delay on EasyJet. Otherwise everything seemed ok. Mrs Maree

I ended up paying twice because of confusion on exit but company very quick to make refund. No complaints there. Reason for confusion as above, plus e-mail instruction states what to do if you used credit card on entrance - but everyone has to use their credit card to enter whether prepaid or not!

The directions to find the car park could have been clearer - much bigger signs, please. We were directed to zone V but thougt at one point we were in zone U - claerer singns please. The bus arrived soon but was very crowed. My wife who is only 5 foot tall found it difficult to hang on - more straps/bars, please.

I dont know how often the transfer buses turn up but we couldn't have timed it better for going to and returning from the airport. I paid online and the email from you gave all the info I needed to get in and out of the carpark quickly. Will probably use you again.

This is one of the fastest long term parking facilities I've used - by pre-booking we paid automatically at checkout, and the transfers were pretty regular. Have used Pink Elephant a couple of times now and would definitely recommend it - especially given the low prices for pre-booking.

Found inserting credit card to enter then received ticket to exit was quick and easy. This is much better than finding Sterling to pay at a paypoint on exit. Learnt that if you have a passenger, then leave them at the bus stop with cases, then park up, as a free space may be a fair old treek from the bus stop.

Driver of shuttle was extremely unhelpful to myself and others (passengers talked about it). Basically, through our own faults, several groups of passengers were unsure about where our cars were, and we took the wrong bus. Driver (young male, 18-24) wouldnt answer questions, told people just to sit down and then we found ourselves back at the terminal.

It was the first time I used this car park , and everything was very good: it was very easy to find, the transfers to and from terminal were quick, and the price was reasonable. After such a good experience I keep on booking it everytime that I need it.

I have used this carpark many times as it is the only one near the airport. I have also used other airport parking at other airports and found them to be much cheaper. It is possible to get 15days parking with over night accommodation cheaper than 14days at STANSTEAD
