Whilst the staff on site and on our outward journey were pleasant, the driver on our return was the most miserable, unhelpful driver I have ever met. He refused to confirm whether the bus was the correct one to several passengers. After a tiring journey a smile would be more welcome than a scowl. Perhaps he needs a customer care training course or a holiday.

We arrived at 5am and could not gain entry to car park as the Visa card I had booked on had been stolen and I was issued with a new one. There was no one to ask, so we just took a ticket from the machine to gain entry. It was easy to sort out when we got back although I had been worried that we would be charged for the ticket. I'll know what to do next time.

Generally it was a good experience, though upon returning you must be very careful to get off at the correct shelter as it's a bit confusing, and you have to really hunt for the row numbers as well. Other than those minor points, it was worth the money when pre-booked and it was very easy upon entry / exit as well. We stayed over our pre-booked time just a bit as our flight was delayed and passport control was overwhelmed, but they did not charge us anything additional, which was a pleasant surprise.

Everything was excellent; friendly staff and drivers and easy to locate both from the road and in the airport, the only advice I would give would be to make sure you remember where you park, sounds obvious but you would be surprised!!

I am still awaiting a refund. I had booked this car park for 4 days. In the event, my plane was cancelled, and I stayed for less than a day. The attendant who swiped my card said I would only be charged for one day, and if I had already been charged for four days, the unused portion would be refunded. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED

I can't speak for the busier periods, but, at 4.30 in the morning, I experienced trouble-free parking, with the airport shuttle bus waiting at the stop for instant boarding. It was a very satisfactory prelude to my trip to Germany. The return was equaly trouble-free. Highly recommended.

Thanks for asking me for my opinion of your seveices. I telephoned you one the day that I was to travel to cancel owing to the severe weather (snow), roads closed etc., As i did not give you 24 hours notice (I wasn't to know that I couldn't get out of my road owing to the snow) You refused to refund me my costs or even give me a credit note. Very Badly signed. All bar two signs that I saw were for "Long Stay". I was looking for "Pink Elephant" I assumed wrongly that this was an independant Car Park not part of the Airport. I parked in block L on the end. I have ok eyesight wich is good because the sign saying row 4 was a long way away as was the zebra crossing to the bus

An excellent easy to use service that was great value for money. The car park was easy to find from the motorway, simply park then ride to the airport terminal, upon return the bus was waiting, we hopped on and in minutes we were back in the car and driving home.

We paid online so only had to zap credit card on entry to receive card. Parking was easy and the bus was waiting at the stop. Quick journey to terminal and stopped outside departures door. On return again bus waiting and quick transfer to carpark. Zap card on way out and on our way. Very speedy and efficient. Thank you.

buses run so often, don't feel rushed for your holiday. Huge car park, plenty of space. One less thing to worry about when travelling (is if there's not enough of that to do already!). so much cheaper that a taxi, and you haven't got to wait around for the journey home.

Large signs in the arrival hall indicated "long stay car park" to go out straight ahead. Once outside there is a very small sign indicating to move to the busstop at the other end of the terminal. Ideally make a seperate busstop for unloading and loading passengers or change the signs.

all in all was very good and i will use this again for sure. the bus on colection (when returning ) confused me a tad because it says 'pink parking' and i wanted 'blue' but i didnt expect the sign to combine both pink and blue parking so i almost waited for another bus.. it wasnt a big deal though but i didnt see the sign at 1st as i aproached the bus from behind and the sign i saw was at the front

The last thing you need when travelling by air is any more complication and anxiety. Parking your car should be the easiest thing to do, with peace of mind that it will still be there when you get back. This WAS an easy and trouble free experience. Thank you.

The bus was waiting as I arrived and parked my car, and the bus was waiting for me when I arrived back to the UK. A 5 minute bus ride took me right back to my car. GREAT!! I was late arriving back due to a technical problem with the aircraft and I was not charged any extra.

Couldn't have been easier! The bus was waiting, the driver was friendly, dropped us outside the terminal. The same coming back, picked us up right outside the terminal doors, took us back to the car park. We were in our car within minutes. Excellent value for money. Would definately use again. And so very organised...

Had to drop all the bags and luggage next to the bus stop first and then go and park otherwise it is quite a distance to walk with all the luggage after parking. But the parking areas are good and the pick up and transfer for return did not take too long either!

arrival at the car park was quick and efficient. there was a bus waiting when we arrived so managed to get straight on. Coming back, again a bus was already at the terminal so there was no hanging around in the cold ! My only slight criticism is that the ticket your issued upon arrival does not state which parking zone your in, so you need to remember it or write it down as the car park is huge !

Ensure you read the instructions on the bus when returning to your car, otherwise you won't know which exit to leave by - there are 4 different options. The car park is quite far away from the terminal so make sure you leave enough time to get there. Finally, check you have the correct car park - we didn't know whether we were in the mid or long stay car park and had to drive back, adding ten minutes onto the journey.

Very good, efficient service, easy to find the parking but only if your aren't distracted by having forgotten your apartment keys and miss the turn-off! Going out was awkward as the sign to pre-booked parking was confusing! I had prebooked but wasn't meant to take that turning! So your exit signs and instructions could be more clear!
