We have used these parking facilities on several occasions at many different times of day with a very simplistic and effective service. This time our arrival to airport parking was 4am and so somewhat expected to wait a tad longer for transfer coaches but this was not the case. Excellent courteous driver with clear instruction for drop off on our return. A* - KEEP UP THE VALUE FOR MONEY SERVICE.

When I arrived I could not remember which card i had used. I tried them all and none worked in the machine. I was told by the attendant that it would be on my conformation letter but it was not. Im sure he did not believe me until he looked himself. He did become helpful in the end

Return bus driver sat in his cab and did nothing to help the passengers board the bus. He kept the rear section doors closed whilst loading was taking place,hence the rear section was half empty when we finally got moving, and the front half was packed.

This was our second time and it all becomes very simple once we know the layout. The instructions to find the long-stay are clear. It is fairly simple to find the return bus, but you might like to consider adding a few words about this on the website, ie The Return Buses run a regular shuttle from the arrivals area. There are different bus stops for the different zones etc

We arrived very early in the morning and staff were available and buses were waiting. We arrived home around 11:30pm, 2 buses were waiting to take us back to the carpark, minimal waiting time and all the exit kiosks were staffed. No problems at all. Would use again.

Would definately use this service again - I much prefer to park my own car and it makes the whole process much faster. I forgot which credit card I had made the booking with but tried a few at the barrier and had no problem getting in. Also should have made better note of car location as when returned in dark it all looked very different! Again no problem but as carpark huge I would be more careful next time.

I assumed that it would be enough to put the ticket into the machine. Far from it: without I think ever having been told in advance, I was asked to produce my 'paperwork' -- which was in my luggage in the boot. Eventually my credit card was taken instead, but of course I had not expected to have to remember which one I had used ! You can surely do better than this: other parks I have used have automatic registration of number plates. Having paid in advance, you go sailing in, pausing only to collect a ticket, which is all you need to drive out on your return.

The parking of the car was fine and the bus to the terminal was great. On the return journey it was the same, until we tried to find the correct letter in the car park and had to walk up to the signpost to be able to read them. Have you considered illuminated signs like those to tell you when a car park is full - that was the only negative point tho!

I found the car park staff to be very helpful. There was an incident at the terminal and our bus to the terminal was delayed. The car park attendant was very helpful and kept us well informed of what was happening. Very good service, i would use again.

easy and straightforward booking procedure, quick transfer to airport (did not have to wait for coach) on the way back at midnight, longer waiting time and a bit confusing pick up arrangements as signs were not clear enough which coach to pick up to get to the right sector

I was very comprehensive choosing this car park, after reading some reviews I decided to give a go and I am pleased that I have done that. I had problem at the gate which was addressed very efficiently by the staff and after that everything went very smoothly. Just remember where you park your car and keep the key and your exit ticket. That's it really!!

It was difficult to get out of the carpark sections as the barriers were in the way to prevent people coming in. In the end I had to get out and move one. Otherwise excellent. The bus driver on my return was lovely and friendly, whereas the one on my outgoing trip was a bit surly when I tried to get on a bus that was only dropping people off.

The only observation I would make to improve the facilities and service provided by Pink Elephant would be to enhance the signage at the exit. We were held up and had to be directed by a member of staff when the two cars in front of us went to the wrong barrier!!

some times it can be a little frustrating to get luggage on but that's usually down to rude impatient people that think they can get to the terminal quicker by blocking your way. It would be good for a member of staff to assist in helping people to clear the way or with baggage. Other than that we find a very good service that we have used for many years.

Car parking was very easy, just what you need after a long journey arriving at the airport at 04:00am. Transfers easy and regular, staff light hearted and pleasant.

I never have to wait long for the bus and because I booked online in advance it worked out cheaper than a taxi there and back - literally half price.

Good service - no wait going back but long queues for the return bus.

After I had checked in for my flight I unexpectedly had to return to my car and it was helpful to know that the bus service was frequent enough for me to do this and still be in good time to go through the security checks.

Easy to use, with good directions. This is usually a source of stress, but not this time. It was, however, very very cold waiting outside a packed shelter, waiting for the bus, as there was snow on the ground, and not enough room inside.

It was very easy to pre-book online, and a lot cheaper than other airports. The buses were quick and reliable and the staff very helpful, even though it was past midnight when we got back. Thank you - a great serveice.
