We stopped using Pink Elephant as we found the wait for the bus (especially on our return journey too long). However, we have started using this service again and found the service has improved and waiting time greatly reduced. Please keep the buses as frequent as you possibly can. When you arrive back at midnight all you want to do is get home as quickly as possible.

Every thing was fine BUT as mentioned above when we came out of the terminal we were confused at first as to where to stand. We thought at first we should stand at the last door as we came out and then after a while realised that the sign meant that we must walk up a little further

We found the car park easy.Well signposted the bus was there waiting for us.On our return again the bus was waiting no hanging around.We had prepaid so again quick and easy. The best parking we have ever used. We have already pre booked our next parking. First class and good value.

The visibility of available coaches waiting on customers between transfers is reassuring. The instructions for directions to the Long Stay car park included 'signposted Terminal', which directs customers to the short stay/mid stay car parks. Overall, a great service with good value for money.

As above - on our return to the UK even at 11.30 pm the front of the airport was very busy and we had a bit of trouble finding the correct bus stop which was quite a way from the exit indicated for buses to car parks but both ways there was a bus waiting so no delay getting to and from the airport.

At £26 for three day parking, this may not be for everyone. Also it would be helpful to have some flexibility regarding time of arrival and departure. We managed to get back in time but delays with airplane landing are inevitable and so one ends up having to pay for more hours than needed just to be on the safe side which is not fair.

Booked on the internet - very easy. Explanation as to procedure on arrival - very easy. Arrived - parked - unloaded - hoped on bus - arrived at terminal - 15 minute turn around and that waas us unloading the car... Excellent for the second year running...

when you transfer back from the terminal the route back to the car park appears very long and the route through the drop of points very misleading as the first drop is car parks A B then CD but then it next drop of is H J and so on with E F being last very confusing for the passengers perhaps it might be better to move the car parks letters round so that the coach drops of alphabetically

The following points are the reason for the low marking against `FACILITIES`. We arrived back at the car park at night and although we had noted the lane reference, due to poor lighting and size of the signs, could not see the lane signs from the alighting point. So we ended up scouring round trying to find the car. Once we had located the car we had no idea which way to head to exit the car park as there was absolutely no visible indication of the way out. When we eventually found the exit, we saw that it was marked by an `EXIT` sign approximately 18" x 6" set about 3 feet from the ground, totally hidden from view until a few feet away.

We flew out of Stansted early one Sunday morning. There was no-one else parking and the bus driver, seeing us running for the bus, was good enough to wait the few seconds for us. In other carparks the drivers often just pull away regardless. We really appreciated (especially being 2 ladies on our own) not having to stand in a large empty carpark in the cold & dark and wait for the next bus. Thank you.

Coaches come fairly frequently. Drops you off infront of terminal. Just make sure you are lining up at the right coloured zone when you are returning to carpark. There are different bus stops for medium and long stay and for which zone you are parked at.

On arrival at the terminal we had to wait for half an hour to get a bus back to the car park. It was cold and windy but if we had waited out of the wind we would have lost our place in the queue. Not everyone in the queue was able to get on the bus when it finally arrived and presumably had to wait for another half hour in the cold.

I've never used this kind of service before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it ran, even at 5am. Instructions were clear, parked up, got the bus into the airport. Got back, got the bus, back to the car, drove off. Perfect!

I had a problem caused by not reading the instructions on the paperwork properly. I paid by debit card but did not take the card with me therefore it caused a problem and I had to ring your number to find out how to overcome the situation. I would suggest this could be added to your paperwork for future customers. I find the service very good and reliable.

Smooth service with everything well sign posted. My only problem was getting on and off the bus with luggage with the amount of people standing by the doors.

When I arrived back at the airport I was told that there was a bad accident on the M11 and it was closed. So I was worried how I was going to get home having an elderly mother with parkinson's and other illness, but as we were leaving the car park the attendant asked which way I was going; after telling him he gave me an alternate route which got me home just as quick. I would like to say a very big thank-you and say I was very pleased with all the service that you and the car park staff provided.

Everything went according to plan,buses were available,did not have to wait for them. There was a shortage of trolleys at the carpark both on arrival & return which made things awkward. More relevant when we arrived at carpark on outward journey at 4am.

The car park was easy to find, signs on entry were clear, transfer coaches were clean and were very frequent and we didn't have to wait at all. The drivers were friendly, helpful and polite. I will definitely use this car park again the next time I fly from Stanstead.

Staff were very helpful with a couple difficulties we had (lost entry ticket and our car location!) Incidently making the parking areas more memorable would be very helpful for people like me. The timings and transfers were very efficient. All round a very good value service

On arrival at the parking area I was directed to Area K. In this area there did not appear to be any disabled parking spaces within a reasonable walking distance of Bus Stop 12 (Zones J & K). No staff were present to offer any alternative parking zones.
