Arriving back on Bank Holiday Monday lunchtime the return coaches from the terminal to the car parks were not operating in three distinct loops as we had been advised by Pink Elephant. The buses were doing "all stops" instead and were grossly overcrowded with many standing passengers and even luggage blocking exit doors on a scorching hot day. The driver exercised no control over the numbers of people boarding / attempting to board.

We arrived back at the airport terminal with lots of baggage. We could not get on the first bus but were first in line for the next. However,they doubled up to zones on the next "snake" bus so we when it arrived the first half of the bus was completely full. Had to move all our bags to the rear entrance which then got very full. So many people in fact my daughter felt sick and had to get off. Will probably pay more next time and go to mid term car park

We were very late for our flight(traffic on M25)and as we parked the car the bus was waiting it took only a few minutes to reach the airport and we managed to catch our flight with minutes to spare. Drivers on both journeys very polite and gave clear instructions.

Normally we use park and greet at Stansted but this is not viable for less than two weeks. Being over sixties we found the crush on the coach very difficult on the return trip. People have to fight to get their luggage at their stop and if you have some difficult fellow passengers the situation can get quite dangerous.

Excellent straight forward service. We booked online in minutes and received great value for money. The Car Park was easy to find, lots of spaces available to park and transfer buses ready and waiting to take us to the airport. Drop off and pick up is right outside the airport and on return we didnt have to wait for a bus as one was already available. Would definitely use this service again.

Everything went fine and to plan. In the past I have had to suffer Pink Elephant drivers who take the many roundabouts and bends too fast, in one instance to the point of recklessness, sending standing passengers and luggage in all directions. This needs to be continually monitored.

I have been using the Pink Elephant car park for a number of years, the fact I am a female in my 60's travelling mostly alone and late I night I have no fears of being on my own which goes a long way in my opinion. I have always been more than satisfied and would recommend it to others which in fact I already have and my friends are happy with it also.

This is the first time I used this kind of service and I was on my own. The bus was at the stop when I parked up and I just got on. The journey is about 10 mins to the airport and I was dropped off outside terminal and picked up the bus the same place on way back. Would definately do this again!

the carpark was very easy to find with the directions we were given and a space was found very easy transportation was waiting and only took a few mins to drop us at the airport again on arrival back here the bus was waiting to take us back to our car again a few mins to the carpark and a few stops later at our car very well orgnised thanks

Used Pink elephant many times over the last two years. No problems at all during that time. On most recent visit returned to find a flat battery on my vehicle - staff attended promptly and jump started the car quickly and efficiently with a friendly and helpful manner.

We were confused with the term 'Long Stay Car Park'. Since our stay was only 4 days we expected it to be mid or short stay so made the mistake of going to the wrong car park. Fortunately we were in plenty of time so it wasn't a problem but perhaps for the stupid amongst us you could emphasise on the e-ticket/e-mail when you confirm the booking. Thank you Ann Aplin

Close to the airport,just off the motorway,easy to book and pay.Secure parking,car not removed by unknown driver to unknown parking siteThe car parks were all tidy and well maintained.Both transfers were less than 10 mins.No nonsense fully automated,no hanging around while someone double checks all your details even though it's all been emailed correctly,great.

Toilet facilities would be useful.We had a long journey and were geting a bit desperate by the time we eached the terminal. On our return, we could not find any signs indicating Pink Elephant and were therefore not certain which bus to board. The bus was clearly marked once we found it,but some advance signs would have been very useful. General comments, Excellent service.

Toilets were being serviced when we arrived but the lady doing this was very polite and accommodating. Travelling during the times we did meant there was less of a queue for the coach on the return journey which made the whole experience a lot better than some earlier ones.

On arrival at the car park it wasn't obvious that there was parking for disabled drivers. As I was in a hurry, didn't have time to check this out. My assumption was that there would be spaces allocated close to the bus stops. Suggest that this needs to be included somewhere on the website when booking, and signage at the car park prominent, with spaces obviously near bus stops.

when returning to parking area our bus was very crowded, also several people had left their luggage in the gang way instead of on the luggage racks(probably because they counldnt lift them that high)otherwise no problem, pre payed by credit card which gave a speedy exit.

The excellent instructions and signposting made parking at Stansted in the long term car park very easy.There were also regular buses to and from the terminal;On return the reminder to note bus stop number, row etc was helpful;At no time was i aware of any car park staff....I could imagine that in an emergency at night the car park could be scary as there were no obvious ways of reporting incidents etc

I have been using Pink Elephant for a while, not only at Stansted but also at Gatwick. It has always bee na good experience and the organisation is great, everything well signposted, and buses frequent enough. The only inconvenience i had was during return transfer - on one occasion it took 1 hour to get back to my car, as I was unlucky and parked ith last zone the bus called to. One bus should really serve one zone only, especially during the day. Nevertheless I am definitely going to use Ping Elephant again.

Cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Pink Elephant long stay car park at Stansted. Even though we lost our ticket to get us out of the barrier on our return (early am flight out!) and got worried there was no need. The staff were great and the problem solved instantly. Will certainly be using this car park again at some point.

Pink elephant is a basic good value package. I paid £18 to leave the car at Stanstead from Friday morning to Sunday evening. Transfer bus was easy to find and took us right to the airport. So far so good. It is however quite a distance from the terminal and they obviosly keep costs down by minimising the number of transfer buses. we therefore found the bus easily but I would estimate waited over 10 minutes before an absolutely packed bus left the bus stop for the airport terminal,(Similar delay on return.) So overall, very good value if not under time pressure but customers considering Pink Elephant should ensure they factor in at least 25 mins between arriving at the car park and when they wish to check in.
