Overall it was ok,not a fan of the credit card entry system,my fears borne out when i was unable to access the car park.This was resolved by pressing for a ticket.On exit the man in the booth could not have been more helpful,with the help of mt e-mail conformation i was soon on my way!

Easy to find, easy to park and lucky to find the transfer coach waiting at the bus stop. Slight confusion when returning as the coach (for yellow car park) was waiting at the 'blue car park' stop - but no real problem. Also no problem having brought the wrong credit card and having to exit via the manned gate!

It was a huge burden taken away knowing that we didn't have to rely on anyone else to get to and from the airport - it was all very smooth - we didn't have to wait long for the bus - couple of minutes -I am very glad we chose the Pink Elephant Car Park - thank you very much

The driver on the way to the airport was a miserable so and so but the one back was clear, chirpy and great, obviously loved his job. Spaces are a bit tight for average/large sized cars. Can you grass and perhaps seed the green areas of your site so they are not just weeds? Apart from these minor things, we always come back.

Car parking at the Pink Elephant was very easy to use with all the zones easily identifiable. After travelling, it was relieving to be able to find our car (in one piece) so easily. The buses ran regularly and the driver was very clear as to where he was stopping. Very good experience!

A smooth process. Arrived in the middle of the night, it was clearly lit and a security car was patrolling the area. A transfer bus was waiting. On return had a little difficulty finding the right stop to get the transfer bus back but did find it. Car was still there! Would use again.

Entry and exit excellent as had prepaid on card and only needed card for entrance and exit. Forgotten exactly in which zone we'd parked so a bit stressful on way to collect as not sure where to get off bus but in the event was ok. Will know better next time. Will definitely do again.

Parking and transfer this way took away the whole hassle and worry of getting to the booking desk in time. The frequency of busses, location directions at the terminal and the help and patience of our drivers when faced with stressed and flustered passengers was appreciated by all concerned. Providing passengers were sensible there was adequate space for all persons and their luggage. From my experience on this trip I would certainly recommend parking and transferring this way when using Stansted Airport.

could not complete the review as did not find the car park, saw an E sign and went in there only to find out it was a completely different car park, the pink elephant car park is not signed from the A120 from the east (Colchester) perhaps you could arrange for this to be sorted had to fill in the boxes so that I could get this message to you

Had to drive along lots of shut off lanes looking for available lanes. Some early signage to indicate where in the car park was actually available would have been reassuring. I have rated car park staff as poor as I didnt actually meet any, but then again I would not really expect to unless there was a problem.

did not have to deal with any staff so couldnt really comment on them,which is probably a good thing as my booking was so easy to do and use.Think you could probably do with a few more buses as i have used your facility a few times now and always find they are really busy and full which can be awkward with 3 kids

In all a very to easy service and in my case a lot cheaper than using a taxi, I will definatley use the service again but only for certain airports. As I was travelling Thursday evening and returning a week later on Saturday morning I had to pay for the full days parking Thursday and saturday although I had only been parked there for a few houirs on each day, to get money's worth you need an early flight out and a late return.

It was very chaotic leaving the carpark having collected my car. The signs at the exit weren't clear and several people got in the wrong queue and then had to reverse holding others up. I only found the right queue as one of your staff was helping out. Apart from that, all very well organised and i will use you again

The service provides value for money. The drivers are courteous. However, I noticed several customers struggling with heavy bags, both taking them from car to bus stop, but particularly loading them on and off the bus. A member of staff acting as a 'conductor' on the bus could be very helpful, though clearly this would increase costs to the company and consumer.

Overall i thought the parking was great value for money. However, i didn't particularly like leaving my keys with the staff, and the directions provided were wrong! Also getting from the airport back to the car took a while as our minibus took ages to turn up.

Although the waiting time for the transfer bus was fairly short (approx. 10 mins) after a return flight, the last thing needed is another delay in getting home. I know this is hard to avoid, given the nature of the car park, but that would be my only complaint.

The service given was exactly as I hoped and was found to be good including the return. The only downside was that at the exit gate having handed over my prepaid ticket I was asked for my confirmation code which was buried in my case due to the fact that I did not see any need for it.

The car park staff were good, I didn't have my credit card with me, and it wasn't a problem. However, the car park is a long way from the terminals, and we had a long wait for a bus on our return to Stansted, and it was very crowded, not great with 2 young children.

driver should let you know when doors are closing as I was squashed near door, far too many people were packed in I really didn't like being so close to someone who I didnt know who smelled very strongly of cigarettesand sweat and his wife whose ponytail whacked me in the face every few minutes!!

Very impressed - all very easy and a real bargain! No hassle about being a little overdue due to a delay at the Stansted end either! (Came in on last flight and thought they might charge is for another day because it was well after midnight by the time we got to the car park, but they didn't!)
