The service I received from Pink Elephant was great, booking on line was easy and parking up!! The only downfall was the 25 minute wait we had for the transfer from the airport to the carpark on my return journey - not the bestthing after a long flight!!!

On transport to the airport the driver was rather surly and short-tempered with people. However, the driver on our return was really pleasant and jolly. The buses were very frequent which was good. Only problem - being an older couple - found it difficult to get our luggage onto bus as people were crowding in doorways rather than moving down.

I travelled with 2 children, 3 suitcases, 2 push chairs .. stressful, would have liked to have seen more coaches laid on. The bus queue was queing across the road, and at 4.30am with 2 kids and all that baggage, you just want it to be easy. If you can improve that, service would be great.

Transfer on the bus was quick and easy both ways. Although this is not part of the Pink Elephant Service, we were very glad there was an AAA patrol service at Stanstead airport because our car would not start on return from our holiday. The patrol man was with us in half an hour.

I have to start off by saying that I hate flying from and into Stansted, so no parking experience is going to be breathtakingly wonderful. We didn't have to wait for a bus when we arrived for our departure flight from Stansted, so transfer was roughly 15 min. Regrettably, our return journey took somewhat longer. We landed at 6 and got to the car at 8. One hour was taken up by passport control and baggage collection (why should they lay on more staff when 4 planes arrive at the same time). The next hour was spent in the bus, going to nearly every single zone in the car park - ours was obviously the last one. Luck of the draw and part of the expected Stansted travel phenomenon. However, we are resigned to the fact that we shall be back and using Pink Elephant again - still cheaper than a taxi.

Overcrowded buses both ways, so more buses are needed. Maybe smaller and more frequent would be better for customers as their experience would be enhanced. Currently being crammed into a packed bus is the beginning of the nightmare of the modern airport experience. On the return to the car, the bus deiver did a tour of most of the car parks first without explaining why it was necessary, which was very irratating. He then started at D or F and then went to A and then to C in an order that only made sense to him. A brief commentary on the system employed by him would have been helpful.

We arrived at 6.45am and the service we received was excellent, there was a bus waiting to transfer us to the airport terminal. However the return journey was the complete opposite. After arriving at the stop for our car park area, we proceeded to wait 38 minutes before a bus collected us. It was pouring with rain and very cold. The car park staff patrolling the area said 3 times that a bus would be along in 5 minutes. This did not happen. Would I use them again? Only if I could not get anything else.

I have used your services approximately 6 times in the last 9 months and this is the first time that I experienced problems. Friday 11th May I was at the car park approximately 9am in Q Zone and waited nearly 20 minutes for a bus. A traveller contacted the base and said to send two buses as there was two full bus loads. So although I am marking this survey low, it is the only time that I have experienced any problems. Buses have always been on time and with very friendly and courteous drivers.

My car was safe where i left it and i found in the same state i left it which was perfect. Also the bus terminal was very close and very good timing wise. there was no car park attendant in site but didnt need one anyway so didnt affect me.would definately use this service again.

Right from the start the whole process was so simple and clear. We followed the directions as given and you really could not go wrong. It was a breeze! Card used for booking in the slot and then the ticket out. Writing on the ticket exactly where we parked helped a lot! Bus transfers quick and easy and lovely staff on the bus. Would most definetly use again and recommend. Thank you Pink Elephant.

Despite not knowing which car park we were in the staff were really helpful - I knew the zone from our ticket and in a matter of seconds the driver of the t/f bus obtained the relevant info - also when booking in, having pre-paid with a card I hadn't written down which card I had used and it wasn't referred to on the booking confirmation - it transpired I had used my maestro card after first inserting a couple of credit cards only to find them rejected - I won't let that happen again !

I have only just discovered that the colour of relevant zone is printed on the ticket issued from the machine on entering the car park! I realise that this is due to my inexperience of the system but it must be a common mistake. If some other way of giving this info. could be made it would save a certain amount of anxiety on arrival back from one's trip. JWH.

easy system, book online then when you get there stick your credit card in machine. then it opens barrier and gives you an exit ticket. when you parkup write you row number on ticket very important(there are 50 million car parks that all look the same). allow 40 minutes extra for parking and transfer. dead simple really.

Unfortunately I had my credit ard stolen shortly before going to the airport. I was concerned about the booking I had paid for on that card. After my holiday I collected my car went to the carpark barrier with my paperwork and all was resolved in a moment.

Very easy to use service. Trouble free from the moment we entered the car park to the time we left on our return. The only thing was having pre-paid was remembering whether my husband or I had booked on which credit card. After a few attempts with the machine we found the right one.

Compared to paying for taxis very good value. Easy to find, park and get the bus to the airport. Someone dented my car while I was away but that happens in car parks I guess. Easy on the way back too and everyone very helpful and polite. Would recommend!

Generally impressed. Easy to get in the carpark and to operate the barriers etc. Didn't have to wait long for bus to airport but it was packed. Coming back the coach was a while before it arrived and again it was very packed. Perhaps there should be one more coach laid on. Bus-stops very close to where you park. bus drivers very polite.

I would recommend Pink Elephant parking. The staff were helpful, buses frequent and is the cheapest option out there. The only problem I encountered was that the credit card I had paid with prior to going was not accepted in the machine on entry. I therefore had to collect a ticket and present my details when leaving the car park, which was a minor inconvenience but not the end of the world.

Very user friendly . Arrived at 5.00 a.m..No queue ; popped creit card into ticket machine and barrier opened without a hitch.Just as well,since another car was having difficulty but noone around to help. Car park was quite full, so it took a minute or two to find a space but nothing serious. Transfer buses were waiting at the stop,and in 10 mins we were checking in.After the holiday, on exit from car park at midnight, the barriers were manned which gave us some comfort, had there been a problem.
