This was the first time we used Pink Elephant. We were a bit apprehensive about the entry procedure having pre-paid but need not have been. The e-mailed instructions were very clear and straightforward. Excellent transfer service both ways with courteous and helpful drivers. The only minor negative was in getting to the car park in the first place. We travelled via the A120 and both the road signage and printed directions were more geared up to M11 travellers. After passing the turn off for the short term car park it seemed an age before we saw signs for the long term park and we were beginning to think we had missed a turn-off. It's a highways issue really but a bit more detail in the written directions might have saved a short moment of anxiety. Will definitely use Pink Elephant again.

No great problems, only delay was being parked in one of the last car parks on the return bus route. However the service is a great improvement on the service which operated in May 2005, when it took 10 minutes longer to get from the terminal to the car park at Stansted, than the flight took from Guernsey to Stansted.

The long stay car park at Stansted is reasinably efficient at processing large numbers of arrivals. The main purpose is to get in and out as fast as possible which it generally does quite well. The return journey always seems a bit more protracted queing at the pick up point next to all the smokers outside the terminal.

Good except for exit. Signs directed me to pre paid but after insertion of ticket machine requested input of credit card and payment of £64.25. There were no signs or instructions on what to do or that a kiosk was being manned (couldnt see into the kiosk). Only by luck that I reversed and say the attendant. Other people appeared to be having the same problem.

This is the first time I have flown out of Stanstead so I didn't know what to expect. having searched several "supermarket" web sites for the cheapest deal I found Pink Elephant. Car park was exceptionally clean, as were the transfer buses. I also saved so much time by using my card prior to arrival, what a simple and easy to use system. I will be back!

The car park is really easy to find which is great as going away can be stressful enough without looking for the car park. On arrival there was a coach waiting there so arrived at the airport in good time, however on return we had to wait around 30 mins for a return coach which was not great when you are tired and just want to get home.. all in all though good value for money and i would use them again

On the outward trip I was clearly directed to the appropriate car park although there were few spaces I managed to find one and leave the car. A coach pulled up almost straight away and there was room on board for both cases and passengers. The coach then made its way to the terminal without needing to stop at any other stops so the transfer was quick. On the return journey there was a coach waiting. All hte seats were taken and there were people standing. We managed to get on board and there was space for our cases. We then managed to find a seat after some passengers got off at the first stop. The lack of seats and people standing was not a problem for me but could have been for somebody who was infirm. All in all I was satisfied with the service and would definitely use it again.

"Long stay, long wait" as one fellow traveller in the horrendously long queue put it. Could have done with greater frequency of coaches to cope. Otherwise problem-free service. Signage on exit a little confusing - we ended up queueing to exit when we had prepaid and there was actually no need.

I pre-booked by Amex but found out that as the Nectar Amex card has a see-through strip on it,the machine wouldn't recognise it at the point of entry. This meant that I had to find someone to find out what to do. Everyone was very helpful (the problem seemed to be well known)but it was a frustrating moment.

We had to wait a while for the transfer with alot of others. When the bus finally arrived it was a free for all. We were lucky and all got on the bus, we had to stand which was very uncomfortable and not easy with a family of three young children. Coming back was better but still standing room only.

I found the booking process via the internet very easy to use. On arrival the use of the credit card that I had paid with was again easy quick and efficient, I will not hesitate to use Pink Elephant again and would use the service at Gatwick and Heathrow if it is available?

Our bus broke down and we had to transfer to another bus in the rain and in the middle of the road - a real pain with suitcases, hand luggage toddler and pushchair. There were also no spaces for the pushchair with toddler in on the actual bus, so we had to take the pushchair off at every bus stop to let others off and get back on again.

An easy stress free way of parking the car and reaching the airport in good time Staff were courteous and polite and despite waiting in the wrong zone a bus was organised to pick us up with no hassle and in a very short period of time too Brilliant thank you

The service was good. My only negative comment is that I was required on arrival to input the payment card I had used to make the reservation. I had actually been issued with a new payment card since then. It was fortunate I had retained the old card in case of something like this. I don't know how easy it would have been to resolve the problem if that had not been the case.

This is the second time that I have used Pink Elephant and I was once again impressed. Having booked and paid online I just had to insert my debit card on arrival, park my car and jump on a bus. The car park is very secure - we actually didn't close one of the car doors properly and the car was still in one piece when we got back after 7 days. Having paid online I didn't have to find a payment machine or pay on the way out. There were no queues at the exit so we managed to leave quicky after collecting our car. The only downside was that we had to wait 20 minutes for the bus to pick us up from the airport terminal-the queue was very long and quite a few people had to wait for the next bus which must have been very frustrating. I would definitely recommend Pink Elephant parking to others - it's good value for money and a safe way to leave your car while you're on holiday.

Although you suggested 20mins between buses it took much longer even though many buses came with drop off only passengers, 2 people also contacted your office from the shelter to request a pick up. I think this could be improved when you see a line of waiting passengers getting longer and longer you could lay on a temporary bus if others are delayed.

My experience is not good as due to the Italian airtraffic controllers going on strike on the 22 May my flight was cancelled and I could not get another flight untill the 27 May which was too late. I tried to get a cancellation/refund and was told that I had to have 48 hours notice for cancellation. I explained that I was only given less than 24 hours notice myself it was not possible to give them 48 hours!!.. I asked for a credit note for future booking and was told I could not have one. I was referred to Ryanair for any compensation. I am still waiting. I certainly will not use this company again nor will my family.

The only problems were a) with the machine on the way in, which confused us - maybe we did something wrong or maybe it was not working properly, but the outcome was that it insisted on giving us a ticket, and when we put the ticket in on leaving, it made us pay again, so i have had to send the receipt in for a refund. b) the transfer bus back to the car park took a long time - 15 - 20 minutes. Otherwised all was fine.

The car park was well signposted and on arrival the open parking zones were clearly marked. Although the frequency of the buses was good there still tended to be an issue of overcrowding with standing room only. Payment/Exit instructions were displayed on the buses to ease confusion at the exit barriers and the driver sounded cheerful as he announced the upcoming bus stops which I can imagine might get a bit repetitive after a few journeys. Will book again without hesitation.

Booked for 2 cars on same credit card not realising same card needed for entry of both cars to parking - mad dash between cars to get both through barrier!! Good job didn't need to do same on leaving car park! Overall good,safe parking and efficient transfer to terminal.
